I paid $300 to clean a $1450 sq foot house. I was ok with paying the money but the quality was poor. The cleaners didn’t even move my trash can in the kitchen when they cleaned the floor, along with not vacuuming along the baseboards.

Negative stars - destroyed my carpet !

Had these guys come out for carpet cleaning and noticed an unpleasant odor in the property the same day. Attempted to contact them again to have it resolved their rep showed up and told me to light a candle to deal with the moldy smell. He refused to re-clean or resolve the issue. I contacted the owner 2 days later after having another professional service attempt to make it right, the owner was rude, unprofessional and refused to do anything to resolve what they did. The 2 year old carpet is moldy and has browning on it from excessive contaminated water they used. The smell is horrible and I now have to replace the carpet.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS !!!!

It all depends on the cleaner they send you. I had a great cleaner come to my previous home. Now in the new house and previous cleaner no longer works there so another girl was sent. Her work was not good at all so I requested another girl last time and she was great. So if you are not happy with the cleaner then request a different one and let the company know why.

These pictures of homes they cleaned are misleading. Staff came to the house today and refused to clean the house because of its size and request! The house just needed dusting if they had looked. I wasted an entire day planning for them to clean, no dust the house. The owner will try and make reasoning on why. Very disappointing. Should consider new leadership if you plan to continue cleaning.

The person driving their business car drives 40+ over the speed limit, cutting people off and almost causing several accidents without shame. Great advertising to stay away from this place. They also conveniently took their license plates off, so clearly this is how they operate daily. Do not buy from these people, they're going to kill someone someday.

I have been a client with Molly Maid Chesapeake/Norfolk for more years than I can remember. Rich and Leslie and Diana are wonderful. All the teams we have had over the years are lovely and professional and super trustworthy. I would be lost without my friends at Molly Maid Chesapeake/Norfolk!!

I’ve been using mollymaid Chesapeake since 2019. I recently thought about cancelling the service due to price increases but team Two (Ashley) has done such an outstanding job in her last two visits that I can’t possibly give up this service. It is such a relief knowing that I’ll come home to a spotless house once a month thanks to her team’s hard work. Would recommend her services to anyone looking to outsource household cleaning.

Diana in the office is also extremely professional and works with us whenever we are going on vacation. We highly recommend this service!

We have been customers on and off for nearly a decade. We have had an array of staff, and they are always professional, courteous and communicative. The service has flexed with the budget, schedule, and needs of our family and young children. If there was ever a mistake or miscommunication, the managers always helped remedy the problem. We have peace of mind that the staff is trained, provided vehicles and supplies, and insured if there was an issue.

Ms. Romona and Tressie (Team 6) are the best!!! They pay so much attention to detail. My home is always looking top-notch when they are finished. They are also thoughtful and friendly and easy to talk to.

We had our first service by Molly Maid of Chesapeake yesterday. The scheduling process with Diana was super simple and her customer service is a big reason we decided to go with Molly Maid over other local options. Team 10 (Fatima, Mokie, LaLa) arrived on time and they were efficient & thorough. They did a wonderful job on all our wood floors, appliances, carpet, etc. We left linens out & all beds were nicely made. The house smelled clean but did not have any overpowering or chemical smells.

The initial deep clean is charged by the hour and I was prepared to pay a high rate based on the flat quotes I received from other companies. The total for approx 3000 sq ft (we removed 1 room from the cleaning) was $456. For comparison, Maid Pro quoted us an initial cleaning fee of $700 regardless of the hours.

We are scheduled for a bi-weekly clean and the price is under $200. We had previously been with MaidPro for over 1.5yrs and the price was going up to well above that. We are pleased with Team 10 and are switching to Molly Maid!

We have had Team #1 clean our home for 13 years. They do a great job. I trust them and are very easy to work with. One of team has been with us for all ten years. These are the only people I would ever hire.

I want to sing the praises of Team 2 led by Ashley. Ashley and her team are very professional, thorough, friendly and responsive. They are everything you would want in a group that cleans your home on a regular basis. I can highly recommend Molly Maid and Team 2.

When I was pregnant, I hired Molly Maid to come once a month and deep clean my kitchen, bathrooms, and floors. My daughter is 4 months old now and that day is still my favorite day of the month.

Ashley B’s Team 7 always goes above and beyond. When they leave I look around at how clean and tidy everything is and it brings tears to my eyes. Aside from doing an excellent job with the cleaning itself, it’s all the little touches… like folding the ends of the toilet paper rolls in the bathrooms, or neatly folding and stacking my daughter’s sleep sack and lovey in her crib. As a busy working mom, I could never keep up with the cleaning without them, and the feeling of peace that comes with walking around a clean house, even just for a few hours before the chaos returns, is so therapeutic.

And I work from home so I really appreciate how efficient they are. They’re always in and out quickly (without sacrificing quality) so it doesn’t disrupt my work day. And to top it all off, everyone is always very friendly and professional.

Hiring Molly Maid was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!
