The listing shows they’re open 24hrs but when I called twice there was no answer or voicemail

Technician was highly unprofessional, he couldn’t even explain his job to me. Not only but tried to gaslight me about my experience. You guys should try to find somewhere else. As well as he had his clothes hanging off of him.

Did 1200 square feet in about 45 mins. He was on time and courtesy. I will always turn to this company for my carpet needs.

I’ve never even used them before but they came to clean an apartment near the complex I live in. They need to do something about their hours. Never in my life have I seen a carpet company come out at 930 10 o’clock at night to clean a carpet! Very noisy, keeping neighbors up, etc.

0 if I could give that. The fact I sat on hold for 10 minutes and was nice and they still disconnected pissed me off beyond belief. This company needs to go down a drain.

They let complete idiots drive their van's. Van #10 going like 60 mph down cromwell cutting everyone off . Called number to complain they don't care either.

Received a Replace Carpet document from Peerless Carpet Care and Restoration Services of Norfolk, Virginia stating that our carpet needed to be replaced. It was supposed to be a carpet cleaning estimate and it came back as replace? Wondering how this happens??? Photos attached.
