I hired BathPlanet of Richmond to get rid of my old cast iron tub and put in a walk in shower. I loved the design process, the sales rep worked with me on creating my dream shower and I was able to see the design before the end of the consultation. I picked every element that went into my shower & didn't have to settle on something I didn't want, like other companies sell you. She was also very knowledgeable about other remodeling questions I had and was able to get those issues resolved at the same time. The installer Mel was super professional, kept my house clean, explained how it was going to work and 2 days later I had the gorgeous, safe walk in shower I've always dreamed of. Best part is it's been weeks and my shower, that gets used 2 to 3 times a day by my 3 kids, still looks brand new. I am not going to miss cleaning that old, moldy tub. If you are looking for a new bath, the reliability of this company, price and product quality can't be beat.

Construction began on my master bath remodel in Virginia. Mel and Chris were excellent and did not cut corners to ensure the project was successfully completed. The work took approximately one week from start to finish. We are still awaiting the installation of the shower doors, but overall the experience has been positive.I would recommend them for any major bath renovation.

Andre and Tracie were extremely helpful in ensuring we selected a solution we were comfortable with and that fully resolved the issues caused by our previous leaking shower pan. Mel was timely, professional, and consistently maintained a clean work area throughout the tile shower demolition and new shower installation.

Bath planet of richmond (Va) was SO easy to work with. Our fiberglass tub had cracked and the low-budget bath surround previous homeowners installed needed to be replaced. Aj spent a good amount of time with us going over the materials they use, options they offer and was very friendly. Ed, the installer, was very nice, clean and fast! I couldn't believe our shower/tub was replaced in TWO days! We haven't showered in it yet (just a few more hours 🙌🤣) but it is so appealing with all the clean lines, and again... TWO DAYS! I cannot recommend them enough. We didn't take a before photo, but the after is wonderful!

The Bath Planet experience has been pleasant, professional, helpful and costumer friendly from the very start. No high pressure sales, Andre our sales representative was respectful, professional and so helpful during the sales presentation and looking out for what our needs were and helping to make sure they were met. Tracy the Manager was super helpful with her communication during the process and coordinating the installation. Mel and Chris who did the installation were awesome. They kept us informed on the process, were respectful, professional and a pleasure to work with. We just completed our second bath upgrade with Bath Planet and the same team, and highly recommend them.

Bath Planet did an amazing job from start to finish. We had 3 tub/shower areas in 3 different bathrooms converted to walkin shower units. The professional quality and work was outstanding. They were earlier on the start than scheduled and finished all 3 bathrooms in 5 days. I had never seen anyone work as meticulous and focused as Ed when it comes to work ethic. My family was so impressed by everything and feel so grateful for the change as far as safety, having seniors also. I highly recommend and encourage any of you who are looking for a great company to serve your needs in this area to call Bath Planet first.

This company did a tub to shower conversion for me, and I wanted to wait to do this review because I wanted to make sure everything was fine. Everything is excellent. Bath Planet was the first of six companies I contacted for estimates, and it was the best all around. The consultation I had with AJ Cazares was extremely professional and informative, and it turned out that their quote was the lowest.

I spoke with and met with Tracie Stern, the general manager, who met me at their warehouse and showed me their products. She was very confident of and proud of them. It was in the warehouse where I was able to determine exactly what finish I wanted for my shower. The finishes are different looking in person as opposed to online.

Ed Ellis, the installer, came to do the job earlier than I expected. He was also very professional and competent. He completed the job in only a day and a half by himself. The finished product was better than I had hoped for.

It's been two months since my tub to shower conversion was completed, and I am more than happy with the result.

The team- Doug and Corky- were very efficient and worked quickly but carefully. The end product makes me smile every time I see it.

BathPlanet did excellent job on our Bathroom remodel project. Tracie was great in communication and managing any issues. Doug did great with actual installation work. We love our new bathrooms. Definitely recommend.

The work was done in Chesapeake and the quality of the craftsmanship is very good and the contractor arrived as expected. However, I have to be honest about the communication with the staff. There was over a two week delay because the contract was not written out to include that my bathroom has 9 ft ceiling which resulted in the materials not having been cut to accommodate the 9’, thus the delay. The contractor, Ted was very accommodating and I would recommend him. The personalities of the staff are pleasant but you must listen carefully and check to make sure that all details of the job are included in the contract. The communication issues are why I could not giving a higher rating. Nonetheless, I am pleased with the outcome.

Our house was built in 1960 and STILL had that horrid "pink flamingo" color scheme in the BR. The bright pink with black trim in 5" ceramic tile on all four walls and a free standing sink with NO vanity. - The difference is amazing, and affordable.

We’re really happy with the final outcome of our primary bathroom renovation by Bath Planet of Richmond. The finished space looks great and turned out just the way we hoped. The team that worked on it was incredibly polite, professional, and nice throughout the entire process. Mel and Chris were very professional and considerate during the entire installation. They answered all my questions and did a wonderful job ensuring to ask questions of my preference for location of shower valve, faucet, shelves, etc. They did quality work aMd I am confident what is behind the shower walls vs what had been done initially. So grateful I went this route. Looks like a tile shower but much easier maintenance. Thank you!! Everything was perfect from start to end. I had my master bathroom redone including adding more space for the shower. They worked with me through the whole project. Now I have a perfect bathroom that is functional.
