From Scott who came to give me an estimate to Max who oversaw the work being done, this was truly a great experience under very difficult circumstances. Marie was incredibly responsive, pricing was fair, and the crew did an amazing job installing the carpet. Our stairway was very narrow which made removing the old carpet impossible without leaving any damage but this was promptly addressed by Marie and taken care of.

I will definitely be using her again if I ever have additional flooring needs.

I was tired of looking at mediocre carpet so I procrastinated, really wanted to give up but desperately needed new carpet in our den. Found Floor Coverings International Midlothian online. Was impressed with the reviews and even more impressed that I could schedule an appointment online for them to actually come to our house - with carpet samples! We needed quality carpet that could withstand 2 Labrador Retrievers. Well, we found it! We had also seen the wood floors that were refinished in the reviews and were impressed. We decided to get the wood floors in the front of our house redone - also desperately needed. Work started the following week and we could not be more pleased. Floors looked like new!!! Marie and her team were very hands-on and monitored the progress with the wood floors and carpet, ensuring quality installation and customer satisfaction. Great experience, great outcomes. Highly recommend.

Floor Covering did a fantastic job for us. They had excellent people that removed the old floor covering, repaired some cracks in the floor and placed the new covering in about 5 hours. From the day we first met them to the completion of the job, they kept us informed on all aspects of the job. Definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a great company to consider.

We recently replaced all of our first level flooring with a non-pvc product. Installation included carpet removal and subfloor build up in two rooms to remove transition strips and create a smooth surface throughout. Marie and her team were extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Great service start to finish!

Excellent experience all around. Marie and Max are incredibly professional, friendly, and easy to work with. I had a roughly 1000sqft condo completely redone, and am super satisfied with the result.

Marie was willing and able to accommodate my weird schedule and meet with me outside of 9-5 business hours to discuss our project, budget, and flooring options. This was a HUGE help to me, and set them apart from competing companies who were not willing to be nearly as flexible.

Max handled the installation itself along with his crew and they did a fantastic job. An issue was discovered under the floor early on, and they were able to resolve it while keeping increases to cost and time minimal. I did not have to be present at the job site while they worked, and communication during the process was incredibly good. No issues with damage to anything that was in the condo at the time of installation.

Very happy with the work they have done, and I would absolutely refer them to anyone looking to have their flooring replaced.

Floor Coverings International (Midlothian Only) has done 2 homes for us. Marie is incredible, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. The installers and movers were very efficient. They work a full day with reasonable break times and really do an excellent job. The reason I said Midlothian Only is my sister in law had an absolutely horrible experience with the same company in Atlanta Ga. (We also referred the company to her) Marie must be the exception. I gleefully give my recommendation for her location.

FCI - Midlo was incredible from beginning to end. The process was simple and convenient for my busy family. Initially I was concerned with the amount of work that would help us prepare for this job but FCI made it very clear they were there to help. They installers were friendly, on time, and on schedule with their work. We received everything we asked for and it was simple and much easier than we thought. Thank you to Marie and Max and the entire crew for helping us make our home even better!

We had a major renovation project where we required 3 rooms to be re-sanded with one room having newly installed hardwood flooring and the other 2 requiring a 50 year old surface removal (re-sanding) and meshing the 3 areas into one large kitchen/dining area so they all looked the same! FCI put together 3 samples with different stains and provided us with the perfect stain (Expresso) that gave us the perfect look! The folks were great to work with and far exceeded our expectations! We would use them again without hesitation and highly recommend them!

The installation of a carpet runner on our hardwood stairs is fantastic and customer service is outstanding!! I’m not completely satisfied with the quality of the carpet for the amount of money we paid, however I would recommend this business.
