We ordered a tub conversion to shower back in June after speaking with a wonderful woman about the product and service with this company. We were so excited to finally have found a quality product in our budget and we’re assured it should be completed by October.
However, every day since then has been a headache to say the least. I have called and emailed the director in my area no less that 60 times trying to get dates confirmed and the project completed. Despite being assured that project would be completed before the delivery of my daughter in October, we now sit in December with a still incomplete project. The parts for the glass have been misordered and mismeasured resulting in additional time waiting for a reorder, all the while I spend every week calling or emailing the manager trying to find out when we can have a working bathroom again.
On top of the problems with the glass, the install of the shower base on my floor was explained to me to have too large of a gap and that it couldn’t be sealed with the gasket made for the space, so it was caulked to the floor after I requested that it be fixed to ensure no water would get under the pan and cause mold or rot. I am not exaggerating when I tell you it is terrible. The lines are nothing close to straight and it looks awful.

All I can say is that I am so glad I didn’t pay them the final 60% when they asked (prior to the job being complete) because I probably never would have heard from them again. At least this way, I still have a little bit of power left and can hopefully get these issues resolved and get what I paid for.

While their product may be beautiful and have a great warranty, their customer service and timeliness have made this project a nightmare and I will not recommend them to anyone or use them for future projects.

Had a wonderful experience from start to finish! Project lead was nice and answered questions whenever we had them. Installer was a joy to have at the house and got 2 bathrooms knocked out in 3 days! I will definitely be recommending to all the people I know who plan on redoing their bathrooms. Thank you all for all you have done!

I just wanted to share how happy I am with the bathroom renovation and tub installation. The contractor did an amazing job and really paid attention to detail. AJ was friendly, informative, and very patient with us and our questions. The only hiccup was that the demo and installation took three days instead of one to two days that I was told. But, it is understandable because only one person was working on it instead of multiple people. Randy was awesome and did an amazing job without any extra help, which was even more impressive. Plus, he made the 90-minute drive to my house three times to ensure my bathroom was perfect. Overall, I was happy with the work that was completed.

I am so appreciative of the professionalism, expertise, and respect the bath laborers displayed in their work ethic. They answered questions, listened to concerns and acted on them, seeing our bath project through to completion. I have a beautiful walk in shower and a new bathroom floor! I would advise anyone to hire Bath Planet for their bathroom project, I love mine!

Mike Pickett was wonderful in explaining in detail what we may like for the bathroom! Always responsive to my calls. He was down to earth. A friendly guy. Ed was our installation guy. He did a great job. Pleasant to work with. He is a hard worker. We love our bathroom. It is finally what we all wanted. That you Bath Planet!

Bath Planet did a very good job on refinishing our downstairs shower, making it more safe and providing a look we were both happy with. When the paperwork was finally completed, (not BP’s fault), the work was quick and the end product was better than expected. We’re thrilled with the upgraded shower and BP’s workmanship.

The installer was very professional was on time explained everything that was going to take place. After the installation the clean up was great he gave me the instructions on how to care for my bathroom. I cannot say enough nice things I love my bathroom. I would highly recommend bath planet to anyone. The quality of the workmanship was spot on.

SUCH a perfect experience with Mel and Chris. We are novices at home renovation and these men were so professional, kind, and reassuring. Working with them was AWESOME. We have a 1954
house; our two main bathrooms were catastrophes in terms of tiling and flooring and (gasp!!) 400 pound tubs. That’s 400 pounds apiece for the tubs. Simply cannot recommend them enough, we would trust them with ANYTHING

Bath Planet provided quality work for bathtub to shower conversion, plumbing replacement, vanity installation and leveling floor. I felt installers were doing good quality work throughout. Only issue is LVP flooring does not quite lay flat. Currently a couple small bows and dips in flooring.

Mel was our installer. He was meticulous and hard working. His work is top notch and I would highly recommend him. The new shower is beautiful. I can’t wait to try it out in 24 hours! It was a great experience! I needed my old shower unit replaced, Tracie, they're fantastic designer, came in and met with me and showed me all my options. She is very professional, knowledgeable and helped me create a beautiful new shower! The installers were polite, professional and very knowledgeable as well! Overall I give them 5 and 1/2 stars out of five stars! :-)

I’m so happy I went with Bath Planet. Ted was very responsive and helpful in making my bath fantastic. He even jumped through hoops in order to make my bathroom remodel pass inspection! They installed everything in the photos, including the flooring! Only thing left for me to do is paint!

Bath Planet consultant who came out was courteous and professional. He was patience and attentive in meeting our questions and concerns. The company (Mike) called and kept me abreast on what time frame for work to begin and estimated time for completion. The contractor was very professional and courteous. He did an outstanding job.
