Luis was very attentive and communicated about the issues we were having. Came out early on the weekend to make sure our system was working. Very professional. Would recommend for anyone!

I had a really good experience today with ThermaCool. I came home to find my AC was not keeping up with the thermostat setting. I called a few places and they didn’t consider what I had going on an emergency and said they couldn’t get out until the next day.
I came across ThermaCool and saw they had a 5star rating and so I decided to give them a shot. Eric called back right away and said he had no problem coming out to check things out. He didn’t even have a company van because all his work vehicles were out on calls. He drove his personal vehicle over to check out the problem, which I thought showed dedication to his work and great customer service skills. He was diligent, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He diagnosed my problem, which was a bad capacitor.
Once replaced, our home was finally cooling again. I would consider this excellent service and I found the price more than fair. I would definitely recommend you give this company a try and I will be referring them to friends and family. My wife are going to be looking into joining their yearly (twice a year) maintenance program.

Great experience with this company! I was recommended this company from my Ring community when I asked if anyone knew a good, honest and trustworthy HVAC. Eric was super communicative and responsive. He diagnosed that my HVAC unit had a blown fuse and that my thermostat was causing the blown fuse. I finally have cold air! Very happy! Would recommend to my friends and family.

Eric's work is amazing. He came in on a Sunday within 2 hrs, explained every step of the diagnosis process and helped me learn a few things about my hvac system. I highly recommend him!

First and foremost, I want to say thank you to both Eric and Luis for such phenomenal customer service! I had a technician sent out prior through my warranty company who advised me that everything was fine with my system and I only needed Freon, which was not the case at all. I had Luis come out and refill my refrigerant at my request, but he also noticed other potential issues that weren’t previously diagnosed, which he tried to explain, but I initially misunderstood. So, when my system still wasn’t cooling, I reached out again and Eric further explained the issue and what needed to happen to potentially resolve my issue. He was even so kind as to come by, rather than just calling, to further explain the issue with my system and the options and steps we could take to resolve my problem. The next day, he came by bright and early to get started on our agreed upon course of action. The service was thorough, quick and super efficient! What I love most about their service is the personable customer experience they offer. They give you such detailed information, show you photos of the work that was needed and what was actually done, so you know exactly what’s going on and what to expect. ThermaCool has offered the best customer experience I have EVER had, and that’s a mouthful coming from someone in the customer experience industry! They are professional, knowledgeable, skilled, understanding and truly care about their customers and their needs. 10/10!!!

Eric set the pace with great communications which included a competitive price. The team delivered a solid performance including on-time arrivals and on-schedule delivery and all with a kind demeanor. The system looks great and we already feel the difference.

I have dealt with them several times because we have an old system. Eric is a very nice person who will go above and beyond for his customers. The first time I called was last summer when our a/c froze. I called on Saturday and he actually came on Sunday. We are very satisfied with Thermacool’s service. They have installed our home HVAC system after our contractor tryed to con us into an inferior and old system. They were great clearing out the junk and install a very efficient, new system. They also installed a few mini-split systems and have been servicing our home and investment properties ever since! Highly recommend them.

Great overall experience. Came out quickly to repair my A/C when other companies would not. Explained everything clearly and got the unit up and running quickly. I also got the A/C unit cleaned and it looks like new again. Eric handled all of my calls, there was no call center nonsense. Highly Recommended!

I saw the sign that was on the I-95 and I called them, they fixed the heating, I recommend thermacool, if you look at the sign, save the number, you never know when you will need it.

ThermaCool has been a delight to work with, and I highly recommend them! I'd been looking for a locally owned company when our heat pump died. They didn't try any high pressure up selling like I got from other HVAC companies. Instead, they were respectful, patient, and helped me choose a heat pump to fit our home and budget. ThermaCool has earned my loyalty!

Eric and Gerson were wonderful! They came out, diagnosed the problem quickly and returned the next morning to complete the service. Both men were respectful of the home by wearing boot covers. Communication was great. Customer service was fantastic. Eric explained the problem thoroughly and fixed the problem within a few hours. They also performed a preventative maintenance. Their cleaning solution smells like cherries! Highly recommend this team (and company) for your HVAC needs.
