My home's system wasn't putting out any cold air so I called ThermaCool to come review the situation. It turns out the capacitor is no longer working and needed a replacement. Just so happens they had the correct capacitor to use upon their diagnosis! After the replacement my AC started working well again. The technician who helped me was as friendly as he is informative. I will be certain to call them again should another problem arise.

After moving here we quickly learned our HVAC system wasn’t big enough for our house. After having numerous companies here to repair and get quotes on replacing. I had an emergency where my system went completely out. Not only Therma Cool was the only service to respond on a Saturday, they came within an hour and repaired. The service always great and made me a happy parent. Did not worry about anything. This was truly a blessing. They have my service.

My AC had gone out at 3:30 and the tech showed up at 4:40 to fix it. Quick scheduling and service! I had called multiple businesses before getting in touch with ThermaCool, and these other businesses couldn’t see me till the next day. My repair technician provided a fast, convenient, and affordable same day service. I’m happy to have found a reliable HVAC service to have on call for all problems!

I am impressed. Our old furnace finally died and they replaced it and also the AC in one day. The amount of work the two of them got done in one day is impressive. With tight spaces and covering carped and cleaning out dirty parts they left our house at 6pm perfect, clean and toasty. Thank you so much for your great work!

ThermaCool is an extremely professional and Customer first based business. We received exceptional service when replacing one of our heating and cooling units in our attic. Very clean and efficient when entering and exiting the house as well. I highly recommend them if you want a great experience with great courtesy.

First time using ThermaCool. I am very impressed with this company. It’s not an easy task to find a good company I can trust with my HVAC needs. This company went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. Everything was explained to me step by step. Even paying my bill was super easy. They respond quickly. They are knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend ThermaCool.

Eric (the owner) was very responsive and professional. We got several bids and very competitively priced. He explained our options, researched some tax credit information for us, and installed the equipment in an efficient and timely manner. Quickly patched up and painted some drywall damage as a result of the interior install. A definite recommend for HVAC needs.

I am not one to give 5 star reviews but this one is so well deserved! My A/C conked out in the middle of April and my warranty company sent the same service provider 3 times before they finally diagnosed my issue. I wanted a second opinion and my daughter found Thermacool and spoke to Eric who came out the same day. He did a thorough inspection and found that it was the compressor but since my unit was 13 years old recommended replacement. He took 30 minutes of his time to go over options and pricing with me and answer ALL of my questions. Eric didn’t talk over my head and was very patient. When Luis and the team came to install my unit they arrived EARLIER than the appointment time! Who does that??? They got right to work and did a fabulous job installing the unit and also the thermostat that I had purchased myself. They also replaced an old cover for my filter to make it easier to change it. I would give them 8 stars of Google allowed it. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend for any of your HVAC needs.
