AC went out Sunday night and I called these guys up and they were at my house by Monday around 230. They found out the problem within 15 minutes and had it back up and running within an hour of showing up. They were very polite and explained everything they were looking at and doing. I would recommend them for anyone getting AC work done.

Ac went out on a Friday night and showed up first thing Saturday morning I am so impressed with the service we received over the weekend and today. Ryan and Cory were amazing techs, they were super friendly, well educated on what they were doing. Kept us informed every step of the way. Wow. That’s all I have to say. I’m blown away by this companies honesty. I previously got a quote to replace components of my furnace from a AC company I’ve been using for a year (quote:$1,300). I decided to get another quote with crosswinds and they found the problem instantly. A flashlight was lodged in our blower causing a crazy sound. They took it out and now it’s working perfect again. They didn't even charge me but I paid them anyways because their honesty goes a long way in my book. We are ditching our previous company and will now be using Crosswinds from here on out. Thanks guys, you were so kind and nice. Also, they wore house booties which the other company did not and I appreciated that!

Wonderful customer service! Brittany was so polite and helpful and was able to get someone out the same day. Corey came and was in and out in less than an hour. I appreciate that he took the time to show us what the issue was and what was done to resolve it. Respectful, efficient and affordable.

Crosswinds Heating and Cooling exceeded my expectations. Very fairly priced and quick to respond and was able to replace my Air Conditioning unit within a couple hours. I would definitely call them again for any future heating and cooling needs.

Our HVAC finally bit the dust and needed to be replaced. We called and had several estimates done. The gentlemen who came out from Crosswinds were hands down the best. They gave us a fair and honest price for a new system. It was thousands under what the large commercial companies were quoting us, for the exact same thing. They were incredibly friendly and professional, something other companies we called lacked. They gave us our quote quickly and were able to schedule service right away. They were very patient with our questions and thorough with their answers.

When they came to install the system, they were on time and very professional. They didn't waste any time and jumped right into the job. Things were done the right way, not the quick way. It was very clear they knew what they were doing and worked well together. They even wore little shoe covers when they came into the house! All of them were incredibly respectful and kind.

Excellent customer service. These guys are quick to take care of you. I called them as a second opinion as another hvac company told me I needed a new conpressor. Bill from crosswinds knew right away the compressor was not the problem. Well, he found the problem quick and literally saved me thousands as I was ready to replace everything. Honest people who actually diagnose the problems. It's good to knew there's companys still out there helping customers. Definitely will only be using them.

I had the pleasure of meeting Bill who was very respectful and meticulous during his inspection. He diagnosed the problem almost immediately, and once he identified the issue, he fixed it while clearly explaining what was wrong and how he planned to resolve it. The pricing was very fair and honest. Overall, I had an amazing experience and will definitely call them for any future HVAC needs!

The guys from Crosswinds are top notch. I emailed them asking for them to come over for a quote. The response was fast and they set up a time and day that was good for me. They came out on time, very friendly and extremely professional. Ryan took the time to explain what exactly what I needed done. He was happy to answer any questions I had and believe me I had a lot. They gave me a great price. The day of the install the guys came over on time and did a amazing job. On a hot and humid summer day they I did not hear one complaint. They cleaned up after themselves which was a huge plus since I have 2 dogs that like to eat everything. All and all Communication was a 10.

I never leave reviews but I had an emergency situation at my house! Our HVAC company (One Hour) couldn’t get us an appointment until June 30 & didn’t make us feel like a valued customer! There was water leaking from the ceiling from our return vent last night & we were up until 1AM vacuuming & calling hvac companies. Crosswinds called me FIRST THING (Brittany who has great customer service) in the morning & made my emergency, their emergency! Danny & Jesse came & saved the day & even came an hour earlier than expected! They were well knowledge & got the job done in a timely manner & even took the time to thoroughly explain the problem. This company is awesome & they don’t charge an arm & leg for great service! I will be using them for all my HVAC needs!

I called late yesterday afternoon and spoke with Brittany regarding our AC being down on in our administrative office. She was able to get us on the schedule for this morning original ETA around 10:30am. The techs arrived early! Which would never happen with other companies in the area. Techs asked a few questions in regard to our previous repairs on this unit and immediately got to work diagnosing. After an hour, we were told the unit is 20+ years old and suggested we replace the unit. I highly recommend calling Crosswinds Heating and Cooling for all of your heating and AC repairs.
