Energy Pro has completed several jobs in our home and we will continue to work with them. Everyone in the company is friendly and professional. As he was with prior projects, Reid was friendly, honest, and was great to work with through the quoting and sales portion of our new mini split system. He answered additional questions and was easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. Doug and Todd were courteous and professional during the installation. They had excellent workmanship and left the inside and outside of our home as clean as they found it!

*Updated* Our main home heating and air unit needed replacement. We decided to go with Energy Pro due to our prior positive experiences. The process went smoothly from beginning to end. Bryce and Kyle were friendly and professional. They even worked in the rain in order to complete the job in a timely manner. We will continue to use and recommend them for our heating and cooling needs!

Tony diagnosed my furnace problem and did a great job fixing it. The experience with Energy Pro was much better than a previously called A-1 tech who seemed more interested in getting rich than fixing the problem. I would not hesitate to recommend Energy Pro Heating and Cooling for working on any heating or cooling problems encountered.

I had a new Carrier system installed 04 November 2024. Everything went perfectly. Reid came out with an assistant to do the install. They were both polite and professional. The work area was left clean. The Carrier equipment is very quiet, works well, and is easy to operate. Reid took the time to go over the operation of the system with me.

I can't say enough to compliment my experience with this company. I strongly recommend Energy Pro, and Reid specifically, for any HVAC needs.

PRIOR REVIEW: I appreciated the text letting me knowing when our technician was on his way so that I could make sure to be ready for him. Tony was extremely helpful and a great communicator! He patiently walked me through the service, and gave me a good tutorial on how to identify what's going on with my furnace. I also appreciated that this company keeps good records of our service history so that we didn't have to explain or recap when he arrived. Their pricing is more than fair and I would absolutely recommend this company, and Tony specifically.

Energy Pro s ent their tech Tony Martin to my home today. He addressed all of my concerns and provided a solution to correct the biggest problem that I was having. He checked out all of my a/c and heat equipment. His technical knowledge of his trade was impressive. Energy Pro will be my choice if I have any more problems in the future. I will recommend their services to my friends and neighbors. Great service from a small company at a fair price.

My unit upstairs crashed on a Friday evening. Put service requests in with several companies over the weekend, no responses. Monday morning I started calling the same places and others including Energy Pro. Places were all backed up some as long as a week and a half. Energy Pro was able to get here Tuesday. Office kept me informed of schedule and Tony arrived within the provided service window. Had the unit diagnosed and repaired under an hour.
