The office manager, Dawn, initially was very polite and accommodating to my needs when scheduling my appointment. The technician was polite as well however he did not provide his name when he arrived which I'm not used to. The technician identified the AC unit as having a possibility of 1-2 issues but he settled on stating the unit could have a motor issue. He quoted a price of $250-$300 for a new motor (this did not include labor). I was a bit surprised with costs and was hesitant to agree to the work. The technician advised that replacing the motor was the only way to get the unit working today. I stated agreementto the purchase but continued to feel uneasy about the feedback. The technician left to purchase the motor and during that time, I called another HVAC provider to request a 2nd opinion. I was told by the 2nd technician that the quoted price for the motor was a little steep and offered to come by to provide another inspection. I contacted Dawn to ask that we hold off purchasing the motor so that I could secure a 2nd opinion and she stated that the motor was already purchased. When advised that I wanted a second opinion, Dawn became defensive, stated that the company had been in business for 45 years and the tech knows what he is talking about. I let her know that I had respect for the years of service her business provided however as a consumer, I had a right to obtain a second opinion. Dawn agreed but expressed that she would not be sending the tech back to the house due to another customer having a more serious need and I could call back if/when I decided to use their service. Be mindful that I was still within my "service window" of time. I thanked her her time and the call was abruptly disconnected.

I try to use family owned businesses when I can but the downfall of that is you have no one to express a customer service issue to. (they're all family!) I was also surprised that she was offended when I didnt accept their opinion regarding the problem with my AC unit.
In the long run.....I did NOT have to replace the motor. The unit required maintenance and a change of filter which was completed by another family owned HVAC provider who has been in Business for 40 years! It's Running good as new again!

Clems Heating and Cooling has great reviews which is why I called however I am super disappointed in my overall experience and would not recommend.

We had our water heater replaced by this lovely company. These guys were quick, professional, and willing to work with us, not to mention did a lot of leg work to try and get us the best deal possible. I am beyond happy with their service and will be calling them for any future needs. I HIGHLY recommend these guys. You will not be sorry you did.

7-28-2023 Friday afternoon 2:00 pm. We noticed that our HVAC A/C unit had quit. It was a 2021 model. Called Clem's immediately. The lady said they'd be there to check it very soon. 3:00 pm, tech. Sam & helper Landon showed up. Blower motor had failed. Sam said he'd located a new one & they had to go get it. Back by a little after 4 pm, with the new motor. Motor installed & unit working by 4:40 pm. To me, this was extremely fast & efficient service. We were covered under the unit's warranty, and the charge to us was Zero! We're glad we bought it from Clem's and we highly recommend them to anyone!!

I would like to say that my experience with this company has been GREAT....They really care about you and will give you their best and they also
have reasonable prices.

David was on time and gave realistic time frames on our install. He gave us a fair quote on our job and gave us options. He's easy to contact and always returns calls and messages. He did quality work.

David was excellent! My A/C wasn't cooling to the correct temperature. He was able to be at my house in under an hour. He was very thorough with the inspection of the full HVAC system. He fixed the issue and even found a few minor issues and fixed them without charge. Cost for the repairs was very fair. Highly recommended for HVAC issues!

David was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had him come out for a replacement quote but was able to repair it and save me the headache of replacing the unit.

Showed up in 1 hour got right to work in five minutes figured out problem installed part heater fired right off woke up that morning 54 degrees in the house

David came over and diagnosed my AC and found the start capacitor was bad. He was fast and efficient! He replaced the capacitor and got it up and running in no time!

Horrible service it was like the tech was just playing a guessing game when it came to the repair and then finally figures it out and leaves the wrong breaker off and thaws out my fridge

The company has been great about following up with and taking care of an air conditioner issue.

I’d give them less but it’s not an option! They came out and quoted a job. Got a second opinion and they were so wrong. Never use them

These guys are a joke very unprofessional and have no clue what they are doing , first came to house to check ac and said it was a little low on refrigerant then had to come back 3 days later for same issue and said it was over charged , needless to say ac still not working , dont wastr your time or money call someone else

Don't use this company. The have no idea what their doing. Didn't even open my unit but said "everything's fine" a week later "it's not the reason we came out last week" now that they finally opened and check out the unit. Just trying to bait you just to get your money. The name ABC should scare you. Be afraid , be very afraid
