Tony was able to get our heat working again! Unfortunately it took two visits to get it sorted out, but during the second visit he was able to complete our HVAC maintenance/ cleaning that we had scheduled for another week completed which worked out much better for us. He answered all of our questions and helped us make sure our systems were ready and in top condition for this upcoming winter!

We are signed up for their service plan. Today was the 3rd time they have postponed. Today "weather related" we were scheduled for between 8-12. First snow didn't start till around 1:30. The owner Reed told me I must not care about his techs. WHAT ! This is the company owner. My cousin recommended them for their "Christian values " Maybe 4th time will be the charm. I guess my time is not is not worth anything to them. I was highly insulted!

Devin was awesome. Our heater started smelling like something was burning last night. Devin came in confirmed the burning I was smelling, cleaned out the insulation, tested a few things and confirmed we need a new fan motor and that he can have it in the morning and get it installed for us tomorrow. We have been with Energy Pro for several years now, and we are very satisfied customer. For us, being a club member has been worth the extra cost. It has saved us money on a few repairs and we dont have long times at all for emergency service.
Today, Devin Guy , came to the house for a maintenance check. He found a lose return duct. We never would have known without oue schedule maintenance checks. Devin was professional, he answered our questions, very knowledgeable about heating and cooling. Devin had a great personality.

Devin Guy came out to service my HVAC unit. He was prompt, efficient and thorough. Great customer service skills and he represented the company well. He also found an issue with my water heater that could have been fatal. He went out of his way to come back the same day and fixed it for me. I really appreciate him putting the customer first. Reid n Tony did a great job on installation of my new HVAC system .On time, knowledgeable, and polite. Cleaned up and evan moved something that was too heavy for me. Pricing was reasonable. This company gives great customer service, which is hard to come by these days. Angie in the office is so nice. She makes sure thing go forward in a timely matter.
