They came, diagnosed (blown capacitor), and fixed our broken AC unit incredibly fast. Butch was our technician; he was courteous, friendly, and seemed to genuinely care that we were suffering in the intense heat of the day. We highly recommend…ask for Butch!

I had a small issue with my A/C in the heat of the summer. They arrived when they said would, fixed it fast and didn’t try to over sell me or over charge me. I have an old unit so I know it will be going out sooner rather than later. I will definitely give them a chance to earn my business on a new unit.

I am on dialysis and have my family member with copd living with me. This company gave me the run around and won't repair my HVAC until they get approval of my home warranty. Why does it take them so long to follow up and call my warranty co. and give me phone call back. Their follow up and follow through sucks!

Our smart thermostat kept losing connection to the AC. Tech didn't blame the thermostat. Checked the low-voltage wiring at the air handler and found a chewed wire where rodents had gotten in! Repaired the wiring, sealed the entry point, and recommended an outdoor rodent deterrent. Also updated the thermostat firmware. Fixed the glitch AND prevented future issues. Great diagnostic skills.

Excellent service was provided by Portsmouth Heating and Air Conditioning! Our AC was swiftly fixed by the polite and punctual technician. Since then, we've had no problems. I would strongly recommend Portsmouth Heating and Air Conditioning for any of your air conditioning requirements because they are very professional and reasonably priced.

Hamilton and Doug arrived on time and were very professional. They were very knowledgeable and efficient and even cleaned every speck of dirt that was tracked in or down from the attic. The experience was awesome from start to finish! I have been going back and forth with another company for 3 days and getting nowhere. Their last visit here they were still unable to fix it.
I spoke to your office Friday and Reid was here by 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Within about 15 minutes he found what he thought was the problem. He Explained it to me and even showed me a picture so I could better understand. About 20 minutes later it was fixed and we were up and running. Energy Pro definitely has a new customer!! It is refreshing in this day and age to find this kind of service attitude. I will definitely tell others!

Josh was such a pleasure to talk to as he recommended what needed to be done and didn’t make me feel pressured into doing more than what needed to be done. Tony is very professional and explains things for me to understand. Heat went out on coldest night of the year. ENERGY PRO was here in less than 48 hrs. Unit is working perfectly now. Inside temp was 53 when he got here and 62 and climbing when he left. HIGHLY recommend ENERGY PRO!

Every encounter I have with Tony and this company has been exceptional. I would refer them 10X’s over. They have been to my home several of times and it has been so pleasant. They even took the time out to change my filter for me so I don’t have to climb up there to do it myself. Forever thankful to them for that because I’m scared of heights. Tony arrived in a very timely manner on a Saturday and thoroughly diagnosed and explained my failed compressor among other issues. He was extremely knowledgeable and put in the time for me to really understand what was going on with the system. Stand up good guy you know isn’t playing games and money grabbing on unneeded repairs/replacement. Didn’t even accept tips stating his company treats him well which imo speaks volumes.

Angie also went above and beyond. I called six other places before finding these guys and hung up on 3 people who picked up not sounding helpful/ friendly or confident in coordinating. Angie is the perfect blend of friendly professionalism that is hard to come by. She knows her stuff, had excellent follow up and helped coordinate ambiguous warranty work most places would have acted like was not covered.

When it comes to people coming to your house and fixing something that you can’t fix yourself you have to choose someone you trust. These guys proved that to me and I will be making them my first call. I will also recommend Energy Pro to all my family and friends. Looking forward to doing business in the future.

Energy Pro is an honest company who cares about providing excellent service. They recently installed a new AC unit at a great price. There were a few hiccups afterwards and they were extremely quick to respond on a Sunday morning to fix the issue. Highly recommend!
