Visit + estimate with Chris went well but I wouldn't work with amp again due to our experience with the techs they sent out for the work. They wouldn't freely discuss anything before getting started, offering morning but one word answers. Then left without doing a walk-through or even announcing they were done so we were left unsure of what exactly they'd done. The whole vibe was standoff-ish or that we were inconveniencing them.

They also left an unacknowledged hole in the drywall which I understand is part of the game, but wasn't discussed beforehand. they should print a disclaimer for that on their invoices like most electricians do.

We wanted to discuss some of these issues afterwards but they were very hard to get in touch with. Eventually just let it go because my wife was like 38 weeks pregnant at that point.

Had an appointment for my under cabinet lights as some were working others weren’t. Guy show up to look at them leaves and said he would give us an estimate and get back to us. While he was here asked to get an estimate in a whole house generator. Said his boss would have to come by. Two weeks later get an email that I owed them a $125 for the visit which was never disclosed or discussed. Received an email for the estimate on the generator but not the lights. Have tried contacting the via email and phone and neither way had worked or any response l. Scammed to say the least and poor service.

I had a last-minute request to get my generator serviced and a new battery installed before bad weather hit. Everything was done quickly and professionally, and it was just a few days before it was put to the test during an ice storm and passed with flying colors!! I'm very grateful for this excellent, professional service provider in our community.

The electricians did an excellent job of installing my under counter lights and replacing my pantry light. Their work was efficient and they did a great clean up job!! The only hitch was not their fault. The fan I bought did not fit the 6 foot down rod and it also turned out to be defective. With their help, I have located stores, where I can get another fan and the correct size down rod. I was very pleased with all their work and the help they gave me toward getting a new fan. Great team! Pleasant to work with!

They rewired a 100+ year old house that I gutted. Did everything they promised. No unexpected charges. Good quality work. Easy to work with to resolve minor issues. Even cleaned up after themselves - honestly never met an electrician that knew how to use a broom. Haha! Highly recommend and will use again!
