I had a great experience with Ellis Plumbing & Piping. Tyler showed up early, texted before arriving, and handled the replacement of two faucets quickly and professionally. He was polite, respectful of my home, and the quality of the work was excellent. Their pricing is very fair, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend them.

Professional, timely and expert plumbers. Moved a gas stove and replaced our hot water heater. Very pleased with thew whole experience from scheduling to the finished job. They are our go-to plumbing service for sure!

Ellis plumbing and its employees- not just the plumbers but their office workers as well!- have all been so kind and patient with me over this last year as they have shown up and followed up with me after multiple instances of my daughter touching improper things down the toilets not only are they there immediately in your time of need but their level of kindness and care is astounding! Two of these times I’ve had to call I was an emotional wreck over the unnecessary expense and my frustration with my 4 year old doing this repeatedly- the actual plumber rubbed my arm and reassured me and made me feel like a human being who was sen and was empathized with during a meet that required him only to fix the toilet. He went out of his way every time and I am so humbled someone would take the time to worry about my emotions. Also my last plumber thought about my concern for not having the toilet another day and an additional fee for them returning the next day to bring the part he needed so he just went to the store a couple of blocks away and got it immediately saving me money and discomfort not to mention peace of mind.

The office staff is kind and pleasant to follow up with and all of them who work over there are so understanding of real life and that these types of bills are not super cheap and are definitely unexpected and unbudgeted for. This is where they came in and worked with me on the cost helping me set up a workable payment plan that they have no obligation to do. But their willingness to made me feel again, seen as the human being I am who is just trying to make it through life much less through such unexpected expenses… but they do hear me and are working with me and I would absolutely recommend you let them work with you too when you find yourself with a need. 5/5!

Very happy with Ellis plumbing. Kevin was quick to respond, going above and beyond, to get our major water leak repaired. I will absolutely use him again should any need come up. I highly recommend using Ellis Plumbing for any need you might have. You won’t regret it !

Very happy with the professionalism and service. They are my "go-to" guys whenever I have plumbing problems (which, mercifully, are not that frequent). I've had to call on them a handful of times over the past few years, and they've consistently provided exemplary service. Plus, I've given their contact out whenever friends have asked for it.

Very good experience. Our tech was Dwayne, he was very polite and efficient. He also was sure to let us know what he would be checking on our system and showed us the condition of our system and any findings.

So Good has provided some of the best service & customer service I’ve ever had from a home Svc company. Dwayne did a great job on our semi-annual HVAC Svc. He was very thorough & communicated well what he had done & addl options.

Edit: We have since used SoGood for our HVAC replacement and their technicians thoroughly explained every step along the way and cleaned their work space before leaving. Can't forget about our comfort advisor, Scott...he's the real MVP 10/10

My tech Silas was very knowledgeable and personable. He made sure I understood his process and recommendations.

Hard a new heat pump installed, Andy & Jerry did an excellent job removing old unit and installing new one. Showed up on time and completed the work just as promised. Everyone from Mitch in sales to Sammy doing the scheduling were very professional. Will definitely be using them when my other unit gives up. Would definitely recommend them.

I recently had SoGood install a Bosch heat pump system at my home. Installation went well, no issues. Technicians were very willing to answer my many questions. I was very pleased with SoGood's approach to pricing. I thought their price was fair. They are not a high mark-up then discount just enough to get the sale.

SoGood came out to replace all the old ductwork underneath the house. They were so easy to work with from the initial estimate with the comfort advisor, Scott to when the work was performed by Andy and Jonni and their team. Everyone was polite, friendly, professional and wanted to make sure that we were happy with the end result. 100% would recommend.

I contacted SoGood on Monday 12/1, ready to give up on ever having working central heat and air. I had gone through at least 10 other companies who were either out of my price range or unwilling to offer financing based on my credit. Samson's first question was "Its cold. Do you have heat at all?" When I told him no, he immediately jumped into action. I told him about my less than stellar credit, and the challenges I've faced over the last few years with getting help. This man sat on the phone with banks for HOURS working out terms and getting approval within our very limited budget. Within three hours, he had a YES for me. And then he dropped what he was doing and came to my house that evening to assess our needs and discuss and finalize financing. He was able to get us approved (based on our financial situation) for a more than reasonable price, far below what has been asked from their competitors, with a monthly payment we could afford. And scheduled install for NEXT DAY!

Joey and Cole were here bright and early the next morning and went right to work. They took great care in my home, covering their feet before entering, updating me on everything they were doing. They thoroughly tested every part of their work to ensure it was correctly done. They took time to explain the new thermostat controls. These guys went above and beyond. They were fast, efficient, and respectful, even conversational. From start to finish, SoGood had completely resolved a five year hardship for us in less than 72 hours. I'm just blown away and beyond grateful for the compassion we received. They are truly great people and have gained a customer for life.

Great service provider! Friendly, and knew his stuff. I was kept advised when he would arrive. I put the dog up and had the water line drained by the time he arrived.

I had a 16 year old waterheater and was worried it might start giving me problems, so I wanted to change it out before that happened. SoGood Plumbing sold me a new electric hybrid waterheater with a 30 year lifespan for a fair & reasonable price. The installation was done quickly, by one of their well trained, personable and professional technicians (who didn't charge me extra for watching him work). I highly recommend SoGood Plumbing - Heating & Air to anyone needing work done in a timely and highly professional manner.
