Another great experience with SoGood Plumbing & Air! Silas was extremely professional and personable. He was very knowledgeable and explained the repair that I need. I’m glad I became a VIP member!

I had my unit serviced today and after the technician left the unit stopped working properly. When I called I didn’t get the answer I wanted but Sampson the owner came out to make sure my family had heat and correct the issue. Had a great conversation, he definitely cares about his customers.

Great guys. Call and came out the same day. Had to wait till the following day for repair. The Warehouse was already closed. Very nice and polite. Will call them again when HVAC has issues.

My heating maintenance was performed today by Service Technician Dwayne Gail. He was polite, efficient and most professional. He reviewed the results of the diverse components of the maintenance completed and explained what each revealed about my heating units. He was thorough in his presentation of the facts. He also shared pictures with his findings. I highly recommend five stars for his work performance today!

New service provided by Southern Goodman. Plumbing. Who knew. Scheduling was fast and easy. Returned as scheduled 2 days later. Had 4 separate plumbing issues addressed and fixed. Sam was very friendly. He got right to work and completed all jobs within a few hours. Great job as always.

Dwane showed up when the need was great! No heat and 28 degrees. The poor guy spent 4 or 5 hours in my crawl space, locating the problem with my 5-year-old Goodman heat pump. Working great, and he explained everything so I understood. Great person, polite and arrived when he was expected!

Technicians Jonnie and Deonte were great. Had a slight issue in the beginning, but they took care of it quickly. Both were very informative in explaining what was to be done and did an amazing job. They even put some gravel around the outside unit. I would like to also thank Scott for helping through the process of deciding on which package to purchase. I would highly recommend SoGood for your heating and air conditioning needs

SoGood Heating & Air did a fantastic job installing my new system. The level of service was unmatched and their professionalism was amazing. Jonni and Jerry did an awesome job installing my system and were extremely thorough about making sure everything worked correctly. They don’t just double check, they triple check every detail about the install. Great service all around and could not recommend them more. If anyone is in need of a new system or service check please don’t hesitate to give them a call!

We called on Monday to help with a clogged toilet we could not fix ourselves . Johnny and Sam arrived and fixed our problem in no time. We are so grateful for you all and appreciate your quick response every time we call! Thank you so much- for your service and wonderful staff! They are always polite and efficient!

I contacted SoGood Plumbing - Heating and Air regarding an issue with water pressure. During initial contact to schedule, it was a pleasant experience. I was pleased with receiving the notifications of the window of arrival as well.

Luke presented as professional, personable, knowledgeable, respectful, and seems to have a knack for connecting with the customer. He assisted in the process of elimination which determined that there was a larger issue that would require well service.

I will be reaching out to SoGood in the future when any of their services are needed.

Our upstairs AC unit had no power and wouldn't turn on. Billy seemed quite skilled and explained all the problems previous contractors had done on our upstairs AC and worked hard to fix them. The cost was going to be $300 and after working for awhile Billy said he found more problems and that for him to continue working it was going to cost $400 more. My wife is disabled and I am retired and we have little money (have 3 adult college student children still living at home and dependent on us). We felt that we had no option other than to agree to the additional charge. Billy worked some more but said there was still some other problem with the outdoor heat pump (3 years old) which he couldn't fix. So, after spending over $700 our unit still wasn't repaired and, somehow, now, our downstairs unit (which had been working fine) wouldn't work. We called the next day (very pleasantly) as we assumed that whatever had happened ( the downstairs unit hadn't directly been worked on) could be easily corrected. I was told it would be $300 more for them to come out, refundable if they decided it was their fault. I agreed. A little later Sam, the manager called and and told us to find someone else. I told him we didn't blame Billy but something had happened and we just hoped it could be fixed. Sam, the manager, refused to do the right thing and rectify whatever inadvertently had been done to the downstairs unit. I assume Billy accidentally did something when he was working on wiring in the crawlspace. We were left with now having neither unit working and I had to go buy space heaters as it was getting down to 40 degrees at night. Now we are waiting for more repairmen to sometime show up to fix whatever the problems now are with both units (which are only 2 or 3 years old). We have no idea when or how much more $ it is going to cost to get both units going and how much more our power bill is going to be with the space heaters running full time. SoGood is NOT so good on standing behind their work and doing the right thing, especially the manager SAM. For $700 we now have no working heat/ac. DO NOT USE. Update next day- We had a fellow come out next afternoon. He got the downstairs unit going with an inexpensive fuse as Billy had blown it with a wiring mistake while he was working on the upstairs units wiring. Got the upstairs unit working too for a total fee of $250. SoGood ripped us off! Space heaters are turned off now!

Right before the first snow of the winter, our hvac stopped running and we had to use space heaters to keep the house warm until the issue could be resolved. SoGood was able to send someone out next day to check on it. Dwayne G came by to evaluate the problem, and was very polite and friendly. We described the issue, and he very quickly identified the source of the problem, fixed it, and did multiple checks after to confirm that it was working properly. He seemed very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to do business with.

We were very pleased with Luke and the work he did at our house in the East End to replace our leaking water heater. He was prompt, communicated clearly, and was exceptionally pleasant. The lain of the water heater made it somewhat tricky to remove and replace, but he was patient and did a great job. He left the place looking great. We very much appreciated his good work.

Mr. Dwayne Gail is the Service Technician who completed a maintenance checkup on my heat pump system, which had originally been installed by Southern Goodman in January 2018. Prior to his inspection, Mr. Gail explained that he would be looking at both the indoor and outdoor units, and would take pictures to explain his findings. He described the tasks he would do to check the unit. Mr. Gail did a very thorough examination and an excellent job of sharing this information with me. He also gave me their new brochure which describes the VIP membership program. I was pleased to hear that my system is in good shape; he had only one recommendation for a replacement part. He calculated the cost for this work, both as a member and nonmember, showing me the potential savings. Mr. Gail was knowledgeable, thorough and very pleasant, and this was without a doubt, one of the best interactions I’ve ever had with a Service Provider.

My HVAC was having problems and they sent out a highly trained technician. He diagnosed and fixed the issues. Now my HVAC is purring like a kitten. Wonderful job. Money well spent. Will recommend again. Billy S was very cordial and polite.

SoGood called me to let me know the technician was on the way and followed up with a text and picture of the technician. Once Yovani arrived, he introduced himself and took the time to explain everything he would be doing. He was very thorough and went over everything he did prior to wrapping up. He also provided a recommendation for any future services based on his findings with absolutely no pressure to move forward or scare tactics to make additional money on the service. I would highly recommend SoGood for your HVAC needs.

We needed a new system, so we shopped around for the best price. SoGood offered a fair quote and stood out for their attention to detail throughout the process. After reviewing our old equipment, they clearly explained why a replacement was necessary. When the technician, Jonnie, arrived, he was patient, thorough, and transparent when walking us through each step and even taking before-and-after photos of the installation. Thank you, SoGood, for coming to our rescue right before the Thanksgiving holiday. Now our guests will be warm and cozy!

They have come by twice at the behest of our management company. We have loved both times. They are kind, efficient, and explain everything they are doing. Today they replace our water heater and found a dead mouse, took it upon themselves to take care of it for us. Above and beyond!
