Outstanding HVAC company with exceptional customer service skills and urgency. I messaged the owner through FB Messenger at 9:12 PM about a unit being down at my residence. He responded at 9:40 letting me know someone would be out first thing, but that he was away on vacation. They quickly diagnosed the issue and he even followed up minutes after his mechanic was pulling out of the driveway. I love supporting local businesses in our community and will be using them in the future.

I've been a customer of Clodfelters since 1998, and have always been impressed with their superior service. The staff is caring, respectful, knowledgeable and professional. We all need dependable HVAC systems, so it makes sense to use a company you can trust. I highly recommend Clodfelter's Heating and Air.

The Clodfelter's installation team was friendly, professional, and efficient. Our new HVAC system is working great. I would definitely call them again if I need to service or upgrade my HVAC system in the future.

I asked Clodfelter's to provide a quote to replace both the downstairs and upstairs HVAC systems at my home. I also had two other companies do the same. The quote from Clodfelter's was several thousand dollars less than the other two companies, and I was familiar with the recommended brand (American Standard).

The old systems were in need of replacement for several years, but I had been paying for temporary fixes. These fixes included having refrigerant added several times due to leaks. Both systems were out of refrigerant again, and the temperature was in the 90's for several days over a couple of weeks. In order to make our home livable while we waited for the installation date, Clodfelter's added refrigerant, at no cost, so our home would be comfortable.

The installation of the new systems went very smoothly. It took one day to remove, replace, and make a couple of configuration changes. The crew was professional and polite. When they were done with the equipment, one of the crew members showed me the new systems, identified what changes had been made to improve airflow, and made sure I had copies of the documentation.

As part of the quote, Clodfelter's also recommended some changes to the upstairs system to provide more airflow into a room I use as a home office. That room was hard to keep cool due to a couple of computers that are in use every day. I had been using a portable air conditioner to keep the room cool during very hot days. The changes Clodfelter's made had a huge positive difference and the room stays very comfortable. Now I can sell the portable unit, which is great because it was expensive to run.

My experience with Clodfelter's was 10 out of 10. Both the installation crew and the office staff were great to work with. Clodfelter's did a great job for me, and I have no need to look for another company for any HVAC-related work.

Clodfelters is the best! I have used them for all of my HVAC needs for about 20 years. My family members use them as well. I have received nothing but great service everytime. Our AC died in our home a week ago. With a shortage of equipment we thought it may take forever to get a new system. In the week , they found what we needed, and got it shipped and installed even with an incredibly booked schedule. Just great people!

These guys are just the best. I was using one of the big name companies you see on TV and all they wanted to do was replace expensive parts. The techs from Clodfelter's came out and found the real problem. They have a new super happy customer.

If you are looking for good old fashioned down home service Clodfelter's should be your choice. Scot was recommended by a retired engineer friend. He came out personally. Reviewed our situation and gave us several choices. They did such a great job in replacing our 20 yr old 2nd floor system it was a "no brainer" to call them to replace the first floor unit this summer. I am a real estate appraiser and I recommend them to everyone I meet needing hvac replacement/service.

THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING! We've used them for service and an AC install. Our install was challenging, but they took their time and figured things out. We cannot say enough good things about Clodfelter’s. If you want it done right by 1st rate professionals, call them!

Clodfelter's replaced my HVAC system and did a great job! They were professional, honest and easy to work with before and after installation. They offered a fair price for their services and I have already referred a family member to use them for HVAC work.

I needed to have the downstairs complete HVAC system replaced this summer after it died during the Memorial Day weekend. Clodfelter's has been doing my annual system maintenance for years now, so I did not hesitate to obtain a quote for a new system from them. Scott did not try upsell me, but he did provide choices and explained the difference between the systems. Even though Scott could not get to it immediately, he offered to keep the unit charged until he could get his crew to replace the system. Although we declined his gracious offer, we were very happy when they called to do the install two weeks later. The install crew is very polite, professional and kept me informed the entire day of the install.

As our home has two zones, I was concerned that the upstairs unit could fail as well, especially since we put a higher load on it during our waiting period for the downstairs replacement. Scott quickly provided a quote for the second complete replacement, which is installed in the attic of the home. I was initially concerned about the dirt they could track into the house and bumping into freshly painted walls. My concern was quickly diminished when the crew covered every area they would walk on to protect the surfaces and keep them clean.

Scott's company is truly about customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for service and/or a replacement system.

Just had Clodfelter’s put in a new upstairs system in my house. The price was very competitive and everyone I came in contact with was very nice and responsive to questions or revisions to the quote. Said they were a four weeks out to come back to install but did it in two weeks because they knew I had small children that could not take the heat. Took three techs four hours to install the new A/C system and it is running great. Won’t have anyone but them come out again next year for the downstairs unit.

We have used Clodfelter's for many years. They put in our complete system about 15 years ago and now another. Both times the quality, price,professionalism, responsiveness has been great. When you need them they will do what ever it takes to help. I will only use them for all my a/c heating needs...... Oh, did I mention water tank and attic fan yep Clodfelter's!

Scott and his team did an outstanding job with the installation of our new units. I called Scott and his team many times with questions and every time I reached out Scott was very attentive to all my calls and responded immediately. Scott’s team were all very professional and met all the deadlines that needed to be followed with a new construction. I would highly recommend anyone looking for service are installation needs to use the Clodfelter team.

We would highly recommend Clodfelter’s for a new system. They showed up on time for our consultation, unlike several other companies that we called who never showed up. They were very professional and informative. Pricing was very fair. When they came to do the installation they were amazing and efficient. They cleaned up like they were never even there. This local business is staffed by consummate professionals from top to bottom. They help me “keep alive” my old units (2 of them) until I could afford to replace them……for almost 5 years they did that. Once I reached a point where I could address them properly, they came out and gave me a truly reasonable estimate and we pressed the “Go” button. When the day came to install the, the installed the first on day one and the second on day 2. I am a Project Manager as a profession. I work with contractors on a large scale. Clodfelters is, far and away, one.of.the.best. contractors I’ve ever had the pleasure to be associated with. They came in, treated my property with care and respect; were expeditious and professional about their task; courteous and respectful in their conversation with me; and maybe one of the biggest keys to their level of professionalism is that when they left, you would never have known they were even here. They cleaned up after themselves flawlessly. The units are running perfectly. I cannot say enough good things about their crew and their office staff. They are honest and trustworthy. I have used this company in the past and been pleased, but I think it must be under new management. The technician spent 3 hours looking for a short (over $300) and then recommended I replace the motherboard and a gas valve that was recalled (900). It didn’t feel right, so I paid for a second opinion. That company ran a diagnostic (never mentioned by Clodfelters), cleaned the gas valve and the system is working just fine. In addition, I called twice asked for a manager to call me back and it hasn’t happened. I hope to hear from tbem next week to explain my frustration directly. Use with caution.

For both maintaining our old units and installing new ones, the team at Clodfelter’s has been professional and friendly in delivering their services and always easy to work with. They have earned our trust and we know that they will do what they say.

AVOID!!!!!!!!!!! I was a client of this company for 15 years. I have two small children. Overnight, our furnace went out. I called at 7am to schedule a visit. It was 30 degrees. I was told that we would be prioritized and they would call me back in 30m. They did not call, I called them after an hour and was told they would call back in 5 minutes. They were still working on the schedule. I did not hear from them for two hours as my children and I suffered in our cold house. I thought they might just show up but I called again and it was as if I had never called. They would not help me until after hours. I was flabbergasted. I could have called another company and gotten on that schedule if they hadn’t strung me along. They were unapologetic. Cold. I’m disgusted and cold. AVOID this heartless company who could care less about its existing customers.

I have been served by Clodfelter's Heating and AC for approximately 25 years. During this time the company has replaced two HVAC unites. I have found the service to be very satisfactory and done in a timely manner. Their workmanship appears to be in keeping with industry standards. They have responded to needed repairs in a very acceptable manner. I plan to continue to use their services as needed in the future. I trust their recommendations when repairs are required. Art
