I was impressed with the reviews so when my renter said the washer wasn’t working I made an appointment. I don’t want my renter to worry about anything so I didn’t like them having to pay the fee and me reimbursing them, but everything else was great.

These men did a great job. They came exactly when they said they would. They were very professional and courteous. They work very clean and they get right down to business!! I will be calling them again for all of my appliance needs.

Sergii was professional and knowledgeable! Addressed the issue with our dishwasher and was fixed within the hour. Fantastic job and would call back if I ever needed them!

Service was good. I needed a repair really bad. I arrived at home about 20 minutes late but my care person waited. He fixed my dryer right up. This is the second time I used this service. I'm thankful.

I think that I finally found the right Repair Service for my kitchen. I had an "emergency" service call that was an emergency for over 3 months. Fusion came out of Richmond to work on my equipment almost 2 hours away. This piece of equipment had issues under warranty and then out of warranty. Thank you fusion for taking on the repair that others couldn't fix. He even made it easier for serving by relocating the unit from up top to down below. Very clean job.

I appreciate the knowledgeable and quick service from Fusion Appliance. They were able to get the part to repair my Samsung washer even though Samsung had the part on back order and didn’t know when they would get it in. I am thankful that Fusion works on Samsung products when a lot of other companies do not. Please don’t hesitate to them a call should you need service. Great knowledgeable service at reasonable prices!!

Sergii did a wonderful job fixing our dishwasher. He was efficient, very kind, and made things good as new! Service was very fast and it only took a couple of days for the ordered part to come in. We can’t recommend Fusion enough and will definitely give them a call again when another appliance inevitably has trouble!

Sergii the technician was so professional when servicing my dishwasher! He solved the issue within in mins, ordered the part and came out to installed the part the very next day! Excellent service. Both Andrew and Valeriy are knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, and have never steered me wrong whether it's installing new appliances (stove) or repairing older ones (Refrigerator & washer/dryer). I highly recommend!

Outstanding technical service. Moved into a new location, discovered minimal heating. Fusion promptly responded, diagnosed multiple problems. Andrew and his associate had our heat pump operational in a few hours. The work site totally cleaned. We are very satisfied with Fusion HAVC and highly recommend this company.

Andrew was able to fit us in same day when our gas furnace was out. Came out and despite it turning out to be an electrical issue, he worked quickly on a temporary solution so we could have heat while we waited for the electrician to come the next day. Especially appreciated that he brought shoes covers and was happy to mask inside, as we are trying to avoid Covid/flu this winter. Would definitely use again!

Our GE gas oven wasn’t coming up to temperature, and Sergii was kind and thorough and explained what he needed to fix. I appreciate his technical knowledge and help. (In the end, there was a part that he didn’t need and it was a nice bonus that the total cost was less.) Job well done!

The heating element in my dryer was completely broken. I called Fusion yesterday afternoon and Oleg came this morning. He disassembled the dryer and showed me the broken coil. He had the part on the truck and was able to repair it on the spot! This is the third time we’ve used Fusion and we are always satisfied with their work.
