After my dryer began overheating and shutting off, I called Fusion HVAC and appliance repair. I was booked promptly for an appointment and met Oleg, the service person, the next day. Oleg checked the exhaust vents and found no problem there. It was found that the thermostat needed to be replaced. A part was ordered and installed within a few days. I am very satisfied with the prompt and polite service received.

Our 18 yo dryer stopped heating and my regular repair person is on vacation until after Labor Day. My wife was frantic. I found FUSION through Google and took a chance. Fusion HVAC and Appliance Repair made my appointment promptly and their service technician was excellent in determining what was wrong with our oven, in ordering the correct part, and in returning to complete the repair. Sergey was our technician and he was excellent in showing me what was wrong and in installing the new part when it came in.

My heat pump was stuck in cooling mode, but these guys did an awesome job identifying a bad reversing valve and getting it replaced under the manufacturer's warranty. It’s now working even better than before. 100% recommended!

We have a GE washer and dryer combo and a dog that sheds year round. The unit was not able to dry our clothes. Not many people work on these machines we found out. The guys that came were very professional and detailed oriented and got the unit cleaned up and working good as new. If the occasion arises I will call them.
