He has always demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a genuine commitment to his clients. I believe in his business and the quality of service his team provides. Two Maids is the best. They do a wonderful job. You literally feel great when you walk back into your home. I refer them to my friends and family that need a cleaning service all the time and they are always so happy. Hire Two Maids, you will not regret it.

Don’t hire this company unless you want to be a few hundreds shorter and home untouched! Suffered a rotator cuff injury and can’t clean. Got their subscription that was supposed to rotate between a deep clean and light clean biweekly. These women showed up to my home, played around for two hours and my house looked exactly how it did before I left with added vacuum lines, not to mention vacuumed AROUND children’s toys, didn’t bother to move them or throw away ANY trash in the home or microwave. Didn’t mop the floors. Management excuses this behavior by saying “The cleaner does not know if it is trash”…. If your cleaner can not distinguish TRASH then they need a different job! Or some extensive training because this is ridiculous. No resolve from management. I am convinced this is a scam company because there is no way they thought this was okay! BEWARE! Look at how they “made the bed”! It’s laughable at this point.

House looked great after the team left! Looking forward to a clean house is the best! Merry Maids takes care of the details, much less stress for our household.

The maids are very thorough and arrive in a timely manner to clean my home. They are responsive to individual requests as needed. Otherwise they change linens, vacuum, mop and dust. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with household chores.

I'm disappointed. They were suppose to stay for two hours. They left after one hour 20 minutes. They broke my blinds. Did not bother to tell me. The did not clean silver sink laundry room. Trash not dumped. Wood work in kitchen not dusted. Radio kitchen thick with dust. Bathroom up stairs d. Still dirty. Denise came in with an attitude . Not happy with Cathy work.Manager ronette did not say sorry. Not really concerned about my feelings. As of now I would not recommend them to anyone I. Shortpump va. I even ask manager to come check she was not interested

I'm very happy with the woman that cleans my home. She is efficient, detail oriented &, during the past 2 months while I was bed-ridden & waiting for surgery, she went above and beyond to not only clean my home, but to help me keep things in order. I HIGHLY recommend your service & especially recommend

Set up was easy. The cleaner was very prompt and polite. But she missed many details and I have to go back over the bathroom counters and sink drains and faucets as well as lift up small items and dust under them my self. Her vacuum didn't get under the beds or dressers. We have a large house and Merry Maids sent only one person. She stayed 4 1/2 hours but I was charged about $400. You can do the math!

Although the crew was well mannered and respectful, the cleaning itself was subpar. Many of the blinds were not dusted, nor were all of the baseboards and light fixtures cleaned. A managerial review and additional cleaning were offered, but my open house for my home sale would have already occurred. I had to go and reclean the house. I have already filled out 2 surveys and requested a partial refund but have not received a response.

The kind young woman that came to clean our fathers house did an exceptional job. I was surprised in a 3400 sq. foot home you sent only one person. It took a long time for her to get the home clean, but she did a great job and kept busy the entire time she was in the home. I would recommend her to a friend. The very kind woman that took my call was very helpful and helped us at the 11th hour. I truly appreciated her kindness and willingness to help. Thank you.

Nell and Aisha, the 2 women from Merry Maids, did an EXCELLENT, professional, expeditious job of cleaning my house. They are the type of workers who are a pleasure to have in one''s home, and I recommend them unreservedly. Merry Maids sends an in-person estimator to the house, which allows the company to understand any unusual work requirements. For this company, who could ask for anything more? !

I love the cleaning and Cheyenne is always polite and helpful. But since I have retired , the price is too high. Do you offer senior citizen discount

Disappointed with service completely. Scheduled for spring cleaning of kitchen and 2 1/2 bathrooms. They scheduled 3 people for 2 hours. Instead, they only sent 2 ladies. Kitchen was done well, but the bathrooms looked like no one had cleaned them. Floors still dirty, dust all over, bathroom tile still had same grime. I called the supervisor, who called once and failed to follow up. She was going to come inspect the job, but never did. She even went as far as to tell me that Merry Maids "would have never scheduled 3 workers to come out". Had they not, I would not have offered them the job. Do not waste your time or money with Merry Maids.
