You I have used Cleaning Authority for 4 years. I am very pleased with their service, and their flexibility.
I am particular about certain cleaning products, especially for my hardwood floors. They are more than willing to use my preferred products.

I have been using their services in my private home once a month for several years. I am 85 and appreciate and need help to do a thorough job.
They are pleasant and professional and I am pleased to recommend them.

Angie and Abby are a great duo! I didn’t get to meet the other team member today but my house sure was clean when I got home!

Jackie seems to have a new person with her every visit - and she is on top of making sure they know exactly what to do. She is fantastic and our house sparkles when she is done. A+

I have had a number of wonderful teams from the Cleaning Authority through the years, but Latrice and Tahesha were truly outstanding today. I am getting ready for Thanksgiving and they have given me the gift of being able to concentrate on food prep and not worry about the house because everything is neat and spotless.

This was such a positive experience. It was beyond my expectations. The team was excellent. Then a quality control supervisor came to check their work. I used them for a deep clean. It was just fantastic!

We have had the good fortune of working with CA since the beginning of the year. Can't say enough good things about team leader Yolanda and crew .Thorough, professional, and friendly. Highly recommended!

These folks always do a great job. Have been cleaning my house about 4 1/2 years. Today's cleaning for done by Olia and Maria. I'm very satisfied with a job well done.

We have had hiccups however management does address concerns and that is greatly appreciated. I hope with continuing communication it will stay consistent..... The Cleaning Authority does show professionalism and some of the challenges may have contributed to this unfortunate COVID-19 so I do appreciate us all being able to stay using the service during these challenges and even longer... They are a good company . I do recommend the cleaning authority as 22they do make great efforts to keep their customers happy and I know I can be hard to please but we communicate to keep both the team and client happy. Sasha and Cathy are wonderful in communication and professional as managers

4/22 we use the cleaning authority bi-weekly and the cleaning is so far staying consistent and it means Ali to us... We appreciate and thank the teams... I am a happy customer and as long as it continues I will be a forever

The cleaning crew was great. I have no issue with the crew!!
Getting hold of supervisors for payment inquiries was difficult. The crew was very late but not their fault. Supervisor didn’t get the late notice until she was back at the office. I believe we have the above issues worked out with a direct line to her.

Manny and Nikki did a great job on our home. With Christmas coming and a 3 month old at home, we are extremely grateful for their work to make our house clean and tidied.

Mrs Yolanda, Reina, and Eda do a lovely job! My kids would like to thank them for arranging their stuffed animals 😊 nice touch! They are always so friendly and pleasant, we have enjoyed using this company for many years now. Thank you!

Ms. Yolanda and her team are absolutely fantastic. I have had many different cleaning companies and the Cleaning Authority and specifically Ms. Yolanda has always exceeded my expectations. The price and the quality is without question the best. I look forward to them coming every two weeks.

Have used this service for many years and always pleased with their work. I have a large 2 story house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms large family room, dinning room, office and kitchen. This past week the team, Chimere and Sharnita did an excellent job. Everything looked so clean and bright and house smelled so fresh! Thank you Chimere and Sharnita

Very friendly and professional. Dani and Jazmin do a great job each time they are here. I look forward to their visits and love having them clean. It Helps me to keep my place livable and comfortable.

The TCA staff is amazing. The professionals who clean the house are courteous and do an awesome job. Everyone is great to work with and they really strive to make each visit better than the last.

Working with this company has been very frustrating. They responded quickly to give me a quote. It took them over two weeks to call and put me on the schedule. Once I was on the schedule, the cleaners were very friendly, but the first two visits are more expensive because they want to "deep" clean. There was no deep cleaning. It was a normal cleaning. The second visit, it was a different team and they were over two hours late getting here. Still friendly, but no deep cleaning and they missed some spots. The worst part of the whole experience is getting someone to return a phone call. I left four messages for the owner to call me and he never did. I finally got a call from Cathy, who does scheduling, after I terminated service. After listening to my complaints, she did agree to refund the additional charge for the deep cleaning. Would not recommend this company.

We've been customers for over a decade and have been very pleased with the service. We happen to own our own commercial cleaning company (Office Pride of Bon Air) , so naturally we are very particular about cleaning and customer service, I am happy to say they meet our high standards! Whenever we have any issues (only ever minor, few and far between), I am able to get matters resolved quickly and easily. They are always more than happy to come back out and make things right, but the issues have been so minor that it has not been necessary. Jackie and Jashon do a fantastic job of cleaning with care. I appreciate being able to trust them and any of the TCA cleaners who come into our home.

Paula, Maria, and Reina did a wonderful job cleaning my home today! I left to run errands and couldn’t have been happier with how they cleaned when I returned. Lots of little extra touches! They deserve 5 stars!

It was my first time ever having cleaning services and it was a disappointment. They forgot to do an entire floor, also the extra I paid for oven&fridge and had to come back and re-do it the next day. I also found a charge of an extra $250 on my bank statement which I had to call and dispute, making the total almost $600 for a 2 bedroom. They told me it was an accidental charge and fixed it, but makes me wonder if they would have if I hadn’t checked my bank. Won’t be revisiting them for services again.
