UPDATE: It's been 10 months since my initial review, and The Cleaning Authority still gets 5 stars. Yesterday, Steph and Abbey did an amazing job. Not only did they do a fine job of cleaning, they added extra touches that really added pizzazz. Had random dishes and placemats on the dining room table, and they set the table with them. My bathroom towels are folded like a fancy hotel. They are always super friendly. The little things really make a difference.

Chimere, Jaydi, and Lisa did an outstanding job yesterday. It's good to know we can depend on them to show up and keep our house looking great. Have been using The Cleaning Authority for years and always pleased. I can't do it with the efficiency that they can. Highly recommend.

We are very satisfied with the services provided by ALL the employees of The Cleaning Authority! In particular, Yolanda, has been a long standing wonderful member of the team that cares for our home. While there have been several other excellent people that have cycled through the team, she has been a constant. I appreciate her pleasant, helpful demeanor and particularly her kindness and concern when medical challenges have faced us. We are often not at home for our cleaning visits, but were regularly during a time of serious illness for my husband. Yolanda would always ask about his health, and share her best wishes!

We've used The Cleaning Authority for about a year now and have had great consistent service. They're flexible if we need to change our cleaning schedule, on time, and reliable.

This month, especially, Hansa, Nicole, and Carrie did a great job! Thanks for the hard work!

I must say that I am truly impressed with Cleaning Authority. It takes a lot to impress me when it comes to cleaning our home and I am truly impressed. Cathy & Yolanda did a wonderful job. I walked in the house and they were on their knees cleaning. That really say a lot. Overall satisfied customer.

Mick and Karmen did a wonderful job yesterday. They were both thorough and paid attention to detail. They are efficient and personable as well. We really appreciate their hard work and our sparkling home.

We have been using the Cleaning Authority for several years. They are very reliable and professional. I would like to give special kudos to Paula and Angel who did an excellent job cleaning our house. I also appreciate Cathy's flexibility when we have had to cancel cleanings because of illness or re-schedule because of vacation!

I’ve used The Cleaning Authority for about a year now, and I absolutely love them! They’re responsive to changing schedules and they have an app to make communication easier. All of the cleaners are so nice and thorough. we’re a two-dog house, and they do a wonderful job making sure we aren’t drowning in dog fur! I absolutely recommend

A new team came out to my home on 8/27/2021. Vette, Tanner and Tori. They have never been to my home. They seemed very young so I was unsure how they would do but they did an awesome job!

The Cleaning Authority crew were prompt, friendly and jumped right in to begin their work. They did a very thorough job throughout my house. Job well done!

The cleaners were very polite and efficient. They were on time and did a thorough job. I was glad to see Miss Jacki again. The house looked very nice when they finished cleaning. Update 8/24/33: I always enjoy coming home after Ms Jackie and her team have been at my house. Yesterday was one of those days! It’s especially nice that Ms Jackie has been our team lead for so long. She knows exactly how we like things!

Update 2/11/21: Still enjoying the great job that Ms Jackie and Jordan did when they were here yesterday! I am so appreciative of their help, especially during these crazy times when we're spending so much more time in our house. Walking into a room after they've cleaned gives me that "zen" feeling.

I love Ms Jackie! She and Glenda did a great job with my most recent clean. My house always looks great when the team finishes!

We highly recommend The Cleaning Authority. They have been keeping our home fresh and clean for over 18 years, we couldn’t be more pleased. Our team lead, Jackie, is the very BEST! She pays attention to the tiniest details, always makes certain that everything is done to perfection and is a truly good person. We definitely appreciate Jackie and her team. Even though we don't have the same crew every time, it's hard to tell because the cleaning is consistent. If there is ever an issue or something was missed, Cathy and her teams address it quickly. I appreciate the level of customer service and the friendliness of the entire staff. I'll also add that they work quickly while not missing the essentials.

Yesterday was my first and last cleaning with this company. The attention to detail was lack there of. They didn’t explain their cleaning rules or policies before (asked what I needed to do before they came) or during the cleaning. I called them twice after the cleaning to understand what their job and duties were supposed to be. They throw my child’s clothes in a pile with dirty shoes, they didn’t swipe, vacuum or mop the floors proficiently. They said the first visit to would pay most attention to the bathroom well my are still not cleaned proficiently. Their response was sorry and that could come back out. Which I feel is wrong because I invested my money into something that have be done properly as promised, the first time. I wasted my money and time, because I had to go back and finish a job that I paid for to be done. This morning I called to cancel because more time and effort should have went into something that people are paying their money for and mines was wasted.

Another outstanding job with our house cleaning today. Our house is spotless, Always achieving "the extra mile," showing pride in what they do. The focus this week was our bathrooms, and an amazing job was done. With shedding dogs, that was truly a bonus. Highly recommended company. Thank you, Jackie and team!

I was very excited about the detail rotation service offered by The Cleaning Authority. However, for my first clean (which is supposed to be a deep clean of all the "wet" areas of the house), the floors were not fully cleaned, the oven and drains were not cleaned and the fume hood was still dirty - I'm talking, easy to see, visible dirt. I inquired several times and received no resolution after providing images of floor damage as well. They did a good job with the bathrooms, but the kitchen and floors left much to be desired in the main living areas of my home. For a $250 initial clean, I would expect much more.

I was thrilled to have my home deep cleaned today by The Cleaning Authority, as they offer the most competitive pricing compared to our previous cleaner, whose rates have doubled over the years, and they came highly recommended by a friend. Unfortunately, one of the cleaners was rather clumsy during the service. She first dropped the lid of our candy jar onto my glass sofa table, narrowly avoiding a disaster. However, she then shattered my cherished family heirloom, my late grandmother’s glass cake display. Her only response was a lackluster apology, devoid of any empathy, as she continued with her work. Of all the fragile items in my home, it’s heartbreaking that she broke something so precious to me. 🥺😢😭 I have small children that actively use this cake dish for my desserts. Our previous cleaning service has not broken any of my things. But this clumsy adult comes into my homes , hire to clean then destroy a family heirloom. 🫤

As far as the cleaning, it’s decent and the other cleaning lady was thorough. The bathroom was spotless. You get what you pay for, I suppose. 🙃

I am so thankful for The Cleaning Authority! They send me automated reminders when my cleaning is scheduled, communicate approximate timing of arrival through their app, and let me know when the cleaning is complete. The friendly employees take pride in their work and leave my home clean and looking its best! By far, this is the best cleaning company experience I've ever had! Highly recommend!
