I got them to come out because i thought my ducts were stopping air flow. they checked it out for me and were upfront about it not being the issues instead of just doing it and charging me. he helped me go through with what the issue probably was. extremely helpful and genuine. Appreciate not just taking advantage of me and taking my money. Great company! highly recommend

Zach and Robert made a difficult task easy and completely cleaned out the dryer vent from the roof to the back of the dryer. They were very thorough, professional, and on time.

Zach and his crew did a great job at my home. They were very professional and on time. I was amazed at how much debris was cleared out of my heating vents and dryer vent line, wow what a difference!

There was a stinky oder coming in from my floor vents, so I wanted to get it checked out. I asked for recommendations for a solid air duct cleaning company on a local real estate Facebook group and four different realtors pointed me to Zach.

It was easy to get in touch with him and he came over a couple days later. Zach went into the craw space to inspect and took lots of photos for me while he was down there. He was able to figure out the source of the problem and connected me with additional help, since it is not just an air duct problem.

After this experience, I 100% see why all these realtors were singing the praises of Zach/Southeast Clean Air Solutions. He is incredibly professional, and went above and beyond. I had 3 other specialists come out before him to assess the situation and no one did even a quarter of the amount of work Zach did. I'll definitely be calling SCAS for future air duct issues/cleanings and highly, highly recommend to others.

Zack, Stephen and Alex represent there company Southeast Clean Air with the upmost professional and strong work ethics , you can tell they have integrity which shows through as soon as you come in contact with each one of them, I appreciate the step by step in what was to be done, if needed for an approval for any adjustments of job they would explain why and what! We had a small hiccup which can happen and it did , the three young men were exceptional at taking care and rectifying and reassured me that job will be completed with my satisfaction and Yes it is and was at 100% I would Definitely use and share my experience with all ! They have wonderful manners !

Do not hesitate to have your home serviced by this company. They are indeed NADCA certified and are extremely thorough with the work , excellent communication, knowledgeable, honest, reliable and professional.
We had them come inspect as a 2nd opinion. He arrived and inspected almost all my air vents. He took several pictures and videos. He was completely honest and explained in great detail the scope of work. He also recommended a great company that also holds high work ethics and standards. It is hard to find a company that holds such high standards and professionalism.

This company is the definition of HONESTY!! They came out for a dryer vent cleaning and upon initial inspection noticed that our dryer vent was clean and did not need service. They told me right away about their findings and we’re honest that a service wasn’t needed and didn’t take advantage when they could have. Wow! Great company to come out to your home. Clean air is important to me because I have a small child in the house, and I don't want them breathing in harmful things. I told this to Southeast Clean Air and they completely understood and took my concerns to heart. They cleaned our air ducts and dryer vent with great care and professionalism. While they were under the house they found mold and thankfully reported this information in detail back to me. I was very impressed by this because I actually just had my house inspected for mold by another company and they did not find anything. Needless to say, I called that mold company back and gave them an earful. But THANKFULLY Southeast Clean Air spotted the issue and reported it to me (with pictures) so that I could get it properly taken care of. Just knowing that I had a good, reputable company that actually cares doing the work has really put my mind at ease. I now can relax knowing that my family is breathing in the cleanest air possible.

Also - I really could not believe how much stuff that came out of my dryer vent (see attached pic). This was after just 1.5 years of dryer use! Since the cleaning, my dryer has been working much more efficiently (go figure)! I think, if I hadn’t gotten my dryer vent cleaned, this could have potentially been a fire hazard? Just go ahead and get yours cleaned.

We moved into our home in 2020. The crawlspace (1963 build) was in massive need of repair. Per Southeast's recommendation we decided the best option was to encapsulate our crawlspace and put a dehumidifier down there. We were supposed to be on an annual care plan but no one ever followed up. January 2024 we found our crawlspace had 6 inches of standing water in certain parts. I called Southeast, left a VM and a week went by and nothing (my husband had gotten all the water out by this point). Finally multiple texts and calls later he responded and said he would come out the next day.
He did not show the next day, did not pick up my calls or answer my texts. 8:30PM that night I get texts from him saying he had a health scare and can he be there first thing the following day.

Zach came out and checked everything and said it was a plumbing leak in multiple areas(which was true but very minor and a VERY slow drip). He said the dehumidifier was in working order and good to go. We got the plumbing leak fixed and hoped that was the end of our issues. I was checking regularly and within a couple of days I noticed water AGAIN starting to accumulate. The water was around the dehumidifier, I put a sled underneath it and within minutes it saw where it was dripping from.
I texted Zach and he said he would call me after the meeting he was in and he'll "clean out the unit tomorrow morning"
The next day he did not show or answer my calls.

It was only after THREE days of nothing that he followed up with a text (not apologizing) rather just asking to stop by in the afternoon.

I wanted to use the company who did the encapsulation which is why I was pressing for them to work out. After countless attempts and realizing how unprofessional they were I used another company.

Went mainstream and used JES, he confirmed it was the dehumidifier that was leaking and it had never been cleaned out.

I'm not sure what Southeast Clean Air Solutions were doing under my house for over an hour besides getting water out. A person who cares about their business would be better about customer service and more detailed oriented in their work.

This is the most refreshing company. These men are hardworking, professional and courteous. In fact, I was amazed by their thoughtful nature. They are a family business and they have clearly have been raised to have nice manners, curious mindsets and a work ethic that would make John Henry proud.

When I came to post a review I wasn’t surprised to see that they have an all five star rating. Sometimes when I see that I wonder if the reviews were padded but in this case it is true. They are that good.

I had some contracting needs that were outside the scope of their work and they referred me to several different service providers who were all equally as honest and pleasant as they. I feel like I’ve found the well where good creative service providers exist.

I’ve given them five stars but I’d give them six if I could. A standing ovation for these men and their work. If you need services they provide don’t hesitate, hire them and you will be so glad.

SouthEast Clean Air Solutions was highly recommended by another well respected company that we do business with. They came and did a crawl space inspection (and I do mean “crawl” space) and dryer vent cleaning on a recently purchased 100 year old home.
