The team that worked on our chimney and fireplace was extremely efficient and very professional. They all knew exactly what needed to be done, and completed the job without any issues. They went to great lengths to clean up at the end of each day. They completed all the work right on schedule, and even found bricks that matched our originals. The team was great, and I would highly recommend the company to anyone who needs any kind of chimney or fireplace work done.

Ernesto did an excellent excellent job taking care of our fireplace repair today. He was very punctual, pleasant and professional.

Kenny came out to my place a few weeks ago. He did not go to the top of my chimney for a proper inspection and after the “sweep” stated “it didn’t do much and will need a $720 mechanical sweep or a $4,800 chemical clean.” I said just do the mechanical clean while you’re here to which he replied we don’t have to the right stuff and will have to come back. I got a second opinion from a company that showed up, did a proper inspection, a proper sweep, and provided before and after pics for a very reasonable price. I fully realize this company has great reviews. That’s why I called them first…but y’all wasted 2 hrs of my time and owe me a $120 refund.

Update: Management called and made the situation right. All good and great communication.

Mackinze was very professional and knowledgeable about fire safety and how to maintain a fireplace. He took additional time to teach me the steps to properly starting a fire. I appreciate that.

Just had two of my chimneys inspected and cleaned by Rooftop Chimney Sweeps and Was impressed by the thorough work and professionalism of the team. Joe really took his time to clean the chimneys very well and was very careful not to make a mess inside or home.
