Had my second HVAC preventive maintenance service call this year using Anderson on an annual contract with them. Very happy with their service (used Chris as our technician), scheduling, punctuality and ability to communicate with me as a client. They always follow up and follow through and express confidence through their work. I'm a believer and have now worked with them for five years. Yes, I recommend them!

They were prompt, fair, and friendly. We had our full AC replaced and installed a heat pump. Th crew was clean and accommodating to our small space and did a great job. Definitely recommend them.

These are the nicest people. When they put my system in they were punctual efficient, and neat. The installers were so nice. Everyone who has come to my home since that day has been awesome. This fall my attic door cracked across when they were going up to perform service. They had it repaired without hesitation. The 3rd party vendor did an awesome job and was as nice as everybody else. Definitely recommend!

Anderson has been servicing our system for years. Every time I have a maintenance call, the staff are friendly and helpful. Our technician is polite and respectful and always open to follow-up conversations to explain to us both what shape the equipment is in. We really appreciate the care we get from Anderson.

I have been a satisfied customer of Anderson AC&HC for about 15 years. He was the sub installing the HVAC for our home in 2003. I often had annual maintenance contract with him. In 2013 our heat pump gave up in the middle of scorching heat, when I had many guests residing in our house for my daughter's wedding reception. Mr. Anderson came over and installed a new HP in a short time, providing comfort for guests, and rescuing me from an embarrassing situation. We are grateful for his urgent help. Over time, we needed his service a few times. His technicians are skilled professionals, explain the problems and cost effective solutions, and complete the repairs. I never had an occasion when I had to call twice because the job was not done well the first time. I am very happy with the long-term relationship with Anderson.

Our home included Anderson Air Conditioning & Heating products and installation. We were very pleased with the service and installation of their products. The first time we had questions after moving into our home Mr. Anderson himself wanted to meet us and go over any thoughts or concerns we had.
As a business owner we were impressed with the passion Mr. Anderson and all of his staff took with us .
Scheduling appointments for service the entire staff takes pride in their communications with customers and really made us feel as though we have had a life long relationship. We have not found over the years of working with other HVAC companies a more customer focused company and that is why they have a BBB A+ rating.

My maintenance experience from an Anderson Heating and Air Conditioning technician was great! I had an 8am appointment. He was there on time and explained what he was doing with my AC. I will definitely continue having Anderson service my AC and heating.

From scheduling with Candice, to the estimate with Mr. Anderson, to financing with Emily and to installation of my heat pump with Mike, Brandon and crew, the service provided was friendly and professional. The guys used shoe booties to protect my flooring and laid out plastic where there was high traffic. They cleaned as they went and were pleasant. I am thoroughly pleased and would choose them again. I HAVE AIR!!! Thank you all.

We had our yearly maintenance on our air conditioning unit with Isaac who we requested. He kept me updated regarding his arrival time. Arrived when promised was polite and efficient. Very happy with the services and would recommend Anderson Air Conditioning & Heating to family and friends.

Had a wonderful maintenance experience from an Anderson Heating and Air Conditioning technician 8am appointment. I'm not an early riser but having someone pleasantly polite taking t ime to explain the cooling service done to my understanding was a bonus. Definitely, will continue having Anderson service my unit.

Love these guys!! Anderson was the only company that could figure out why my new system wasn't operating right. The original installation company couldn't figure it out, nor could the manufacturer could figure it out. That tells you how knowledgeable and good Anderson is if they can figure out an issue that the manufacturer couldn't

Completely unprofessional service technician. I almost asked the technician to leave. No regard for my property. I notified Mr Anderson and customer service. Zero response. There are much better HVAC companies out there in the Richmond area. Don’t waste your money with Anderson … they are extremely weak. Remember zero response from Anderson.

Very frustrating dealing with Anderson.
Three separate visits over the course of a month for problem diagnosis. And of course multiple diagnostic fees.

During this month, abysmal communication not only with me, but between their own staff. They repeatedly scheduled visits without consulting me, leading to rescheduling and delays in repair.

When we were able to get an appointment scheduled, they no showed without a courtesy call. I understand jobs run longer than expected, but give me a call to let me know. When I reached out a day later, I was told they would send someone out that day. Again, no show, no call. When I AGAIN called that same day I was assured someone was still coming. No show. No call.

I asked to speak to a manager/GM/supervisor at the end of this debacle, to voice my concerns and hopefully resolve them. Believe it or not, no call. So instead, here is a poor review. The actual service technicians were fine, but I would not recommend Anderson to anyone after this nightmare.

Two stars for reasonable pricing (gave me small discount for the bullshit) and my problem ultimately being fixed, but I am incredibly unhappy with my experience.

This company doesn’t care about anyone but themselves. They don’t call or come when they say they will . The lady who answered the phone is very rude and the man who got on the phone after her is the worst . Neither would give their names. I was approved from Social Services for them to fix my heat and was assigned this company. The man said that they don’t have to help me if they don’t want to. The tech came out on January 8 and say he would be back on Monday and never showed or called . The owner needs new office staff unless he doesn’t care either, In that case just keep the staff you have

Al came by to fix my hvac system and diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes and had it fixed in 15 minutes. Prompt and professional service!
