Mackenzie, who inspected my property was absolutely thorough, and provided a detailed description of his findings, including appropriate photographs. I am a retired architectural professional, with many years of experience in construction. I would recommend him to anyone for his expertice. Next will be the chimney repair team's performance. to evaluate.

Will Claros from Rooftop Chimney Sweeps came to our house to inspect two chimneys. He was wonderful! He was kind, very knowledgeable and extremely respectful of our house. He placed tarps everywhere. He even cleaned the ashes out of the one fireplace we use. There wasn't one speck of dirt left after he finished. He showed me pictures he took of the inside and outside of both chimneys and explained everything. He sent me full reports with pictures. And when I had a question after he left, he responded quickly.
We haven't had any work done, but if we decide to, we will use this company because Will represented them so well.

Will the technician was knowledgeable and efficient. We really liked him. They keep you up to speed on when tech is arriving. Simple inspection and cleaning have used them for years.

Booked a chimney sweep for two fireplaces in my house. Kenny and Ray arrived and I told them about the concern over all of the soot falling out of flue into my fireplace. Kenny told me a chimney sweep wouldn't work on my old chimneys and would only be able to vacuum the fireplace out. After they vacuumed and left, I went to inspect my fireplaces and they were still full of soot. I called Rooftop Chimney Sweeps back to ask why they didn't vaccum everything up and they said they would have to do a chimney sweep for that. I clearly explained that I wanted the soot that was falling into my fireplace gone. I spoke in clear English to these guys so I don't understand where the miscommunication happened. You can see in the photo the small amount of soot that I was able to wipe down into one of my fireplaces just by barely reaching into the flue. There's still a ton more! I don't know why they didn't think they could clean this up. I also showed them an inspection report that they did on my chimneys from 2021 and was told that it was done by a guy who no longer works there that grossly overestimated jobs for customers.

Eric was punctual, very professional and cleaned up after the job - it was like he was never there. He explained the findings and recommendations, complete with photos. I also appreciated the notification texts and employee picture so I knew who to expect at my door. Would hire them again.

It was worth the wait to use this company. I chose it based on their experience excellent reviews. Eric showed up on time and was HIGHLY courteous and professional throughout my entire interaction with him. He wore protective gear on his shoes and laid down canvas tarps so as not to track dirt into the house, which I really appreciated. He patiently answered all of my (many) questions about my non-functional gas fireplace so I now have a full understanding of my next steps. I would not hesitate to use this company again and would specifically ask for Eric!

Woke up to downstairs HVAC not working properly on very cold morning. Called before office openend, answering service took the message, then office staff returned my call by 8AM. RAPHAEL was at my door within an hour. He was thorough and diagnosed the problem easily. Was very professional and very personable and, without being prompted, he volunteered instructions to me regarding what to do and what to look for should the problem occur again. After 6 1/2 months of no HVAC and two companies “working on it” I called Anderson. The next day Michael was at my house diagnosing and going over my options. He did not try to sell me a new system, and was professional and knowledgeable. He came back with another technician and in two hours my system was tested and running. Amazing! So courteous and explained what they had done. I would enthusiastically endorse and recommend!

Mr. Anderson installed a complete York hvac system with an exposed insulated spiral ductwork that looks as good as it sounds.

Anderson Heating and Air was fantastic. We needed to replace our oil-burning ducts with new ducts optimized for our newer HVAC system, which required re-designing the layout and consolidating and re-routing the entire return system. We also asked Anderson to move our air handler to optimize basement space.

They gave a fair quote on our job (we got three different estimates) and were able to move forward with the project efficiently and in the manner described. They offered independent ideas and feedback that I hadn't considered, and also were transparent about layout opportunities to introduce cost-savings. I particularly appreciated that Mr. Anderson himself came out to perform the estimate and to offer his perspective- as opposed to some other companies who sent out estimators who were only partially familiar with the ins and outs of a project of our scale.

Extremely responsive, and I greatly appreciate Mr. Anderson's hands-on approach to customer care. Office personnel were great too- Candice was friendly, responsive, and upbeat in all communications about the project. The project was completed while we were out of town, and the job site was left immaculate.

Mr. Anderson personally reached out after completion of the job to schedule a walk-through with us and to review project components. Truly, truly impressed and would not hesitate to work again with their team-- they have my and my family's trust. Thank you to Mr. Anderson and his team!
