Their technician during the last visit was extremely helpful. My York Heat Pump was installed almost two years ago in a new house. Their work installing this unit was done well. I have had recent service under a general maintenance program with no problems being found. The technician was very polite.

Anderson Air Condition and Heating has been servicing our equipment since we purchased our home in Moseley. Every Service Technician has been professional and friendly. They always wear disposable shoe covers when entering the house after inspecting the outside equipment (even when unnecessary). Although, as I mentioned all of their technicians are professional and friendly, I was especially impressed by Mr. Kevin Belle, who has serviced our equipment for the past three years.

I have used Anderson for the last 6 years. They have always kept appointments; their people are friendly and courteous and clean up after themselves. Their work for preventative maintenance and for repairs has been well done.

Anderson Air Conditioning and Heating Co. did a great job on servicing my HVAC System. The Tech was very knowledgeable and the office staff took care all of my needs. Great experience will use them always in the future.

Fantastic service received for an HVAC replacement done on 6/16. Their lead employee, I believe named Luis, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Hope they can hold onto him as he is a gem.

Anderson Installed a custom, central heating/cooling system in our 1948 two story duplex. From scratch. It was a difficult project, as most tend to be in older homes. Their mechanics and helpers who did the bulk of the heavy work were friendly and polite. The office staff was top notch addressing concerns and issues. Finally Mr Anderson himself was a true professional, addressing all of our needs in a timely manner.

We have been using Anderson A/C & Heating for almost 5 years now. The office staff are always courteous and helpful. Kevin has been providing excellent service under the general maintenance program. You couldn't ask for a better company to work with. A+!!!

I'm responding on behalf of my father Booker T. Rogers. Anderson has serviced their home now for at least 30 years. They have always done a great job and this current service visit was no different. After a maintenance visit that checked out fine 4 days later the heat went out. Thankfully my parents have a fireplace insert and had some form of heat. The tech came out the next day and found the problem and is working to remedy the problem quickly. Your skilled technicians and prompt service is greatly appreciated by the Rogers family.

Anderson installed the HVAC system in our new home. The system is two zones, 3 levels with electronic dampeners. Everything seems to work well. I had them come back later and install a steam humidifier. The guys were professional, polite and did a neat install. The system works well. I had one small service issue and they responded on time, fixed the problem at no charge to me. From the office staff to the service technicians I have been pleased with Anderson. I will use them in the future and would recommend them to others.

What an experience!! I have been a customer with Anderson Air for over 22 years and I cannot believe my current experience. My unit was fixed this past summer and I was told that I would need to call again to get the heat fixed. This was after paying $650. The cost to come out to fix the heat was $750. They came out to fix the heating unit, paid the $750, then was told I had to pay another $750 to get the gas line replaced due to a gas leak. Needless to say I was very angry. However, I phoned and phoned to speak to Mr. Anderson and he did not get back to me. Meanwhile, it was quite cold! Yesterday, I phoned Michael & Sons to come out and take a look. The service guy checked the system and found no gas leaks!!! The charge for this service was $89.00. Thank you Michael & Sons!

I am pleased with Anderson Air Conditioning and Heating Service, they are anything but unpleasant and unprofessional. I love the office staff when I call they answer on the first ring, with such great attitudes, and as for the service techs, these techs that have been working there have been there for years and I am very comfortable with each and everyone of them coming into my home. I am going to stay with Anderson for life! I hope that they keep up the great work because I am one HAPPY customer

My relationship with Anderson Air Conditioning and Heating began about 6 years ago when their name came up during a search for a new air conditioning unit. One day I returned home from work and the unit was glowing so bright red I thought it would explode. After calling them in the morning, they were there that afternoon preparing an estimate and determining the cause - lightning strike! They worked with my home owner's insurance and had a new unit in place within a day or two.

Every 6 months since, Anderson follows up with maintenance calls and reminders. The staff are great and the customer services in outstanding. I highly recommend Anderson Air Conditioning and Heating!

The only reason I gave a four stars was because my technician was excellent. He was knowledgable and thorough. This should have been a 5 star review however I was told I needed a part and that the office would be in touch with me as to when to expect the part and to schedule the repairs. It has been 12 days and I have heard nothing from their office. I called today and was told they have no idea when the part will arrive. The woman said she doesnt have a good relationship with that vendor and she will email them again. Meanwhile I have been with out heat in late January and might have made a different decision (like a new unit, or a different company who could get the part in less than two weeks) if I had been called and informed, like I was told would happen. In addition, I prepaid for the maintenance plan and so now I might be asking for my money back. I need a company that can reliably and timely provide information so that I can make informed decisions. So here I sit - 12 days later, going into late January and no heat, and no real information when that might change. Like I said this would have been one star if my technician had not been so great.

We had new Air and Heating Units installed by Anderson years ago and everything is still working like it was just installed. We get yearly check ups to trouble shoot any problems that could occur. Mr. Anderson himself came by once to personally assist me on how to change my heat and air flow ducts from season to season. The company is really hands on with knowledgeable Techs. I recommend them highly.

I spent 10,000 on a new system I have over 100 calls in the 3 years or repair issues with being ripped off on each call I have been out of air for 2 weeks no return calls and no appointment set up yet. When my unit was installed they fail through the ceiling creating a big mess. They have a wired thermostat in the front and a wireless thermostat in the back that constantly goes out and they want me to pay$1750 to redo a wireless one that they already is not going to work properly with the zones boards it should be a wired thermostat they have the worst customer service and communication with loyal customers when you spend 10,000 you should not have too many service calls on yearly maintenance. I strongly advise you to stay away

What a wonderful company!! The techs are well informed, fantastic and go above and beyond in explaining issues and repairs. I never feel short changed or as if they are after my hard earned money. The office staff have the best phone manners hands down. Even in the blazing summer months when I am sure their phones are ringing 10 times a minute. I'm especially partial to Cindy who always works around my schedule when I need to make an appointment and it doesn't hurt that her name rocks! Mr. Anderson has built a wonderful company and our family will continue to support our RVA small businesses.

Horrible experience with this company. Signed up for their maintenance plan and they had a tech come out and tell me one of my units needed to be replaced b/c it was leaking freon. Got a 2nd opinion and found out that was completely untrue also found out they had left my gas turned off on my furnace under the house when my heat stopped working a few days later. They promised to reimburse me for these service fees. Never happened. Will never use this company EVER again. They are scam artists!
