Rooftop Chimney Sweeps and technician Griffin King are extremely professional and knowledgeable I highly recommend them for your chimney and fireplace work.

Rooftop was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We usually support small businesses, but our normal sweep only accepts cash/check & we needed to re-do our crown. They came out for a free second opinion & did a thorough inspection. The report was emailed to us, including photos from the top all the way down through the chimney. We were able to see the lining was cracking, so they recommended replacing that as well. They were not pushy salespeople about it either.
The project manager reached out & sent us three separate quotes, which included one package where he was able to include the crown replacement at next to no cost. It took us a few months to commit, given the current economy, but we decided to move forward with the project. They even knocked off a few hundred more with a spring promotion! The whole project was seamless. Payment was easy, and the staff was friendly from start to finish. They explained & answered questions with a smile. The best part, they completed the job on time without any surprises. We will be using them moving forward!

Work was done over a 2 day period. Staff lead and his team were professional and did an outstanding job completing the repair to our 67 year old chimney. I highly recommend this company for your chimney-required services.

I’ll keep calling them annually for my chimney inspection and service. Fair, thorough and informative. I asked a question at the last visit about an part and the tech said “I’d replace it, but it’s easy and you can do it like this.” He could have quoted me a large number but chose not to due to it being a homeowner level skill. I appreciate their honesty and would recommend them to anyone.
