Zach was highly responsive and came out within 24 hours of my call. He was on time, professional, did a thorough job of cleaning our dryer, and left the area clean. Since our dryer vent is at the third story and on a slope, they cleaned the vent from the inside. In addition, he cleaned out the inside of the dryer! The price was less than what many contractors quoted me and I know they would not have done as thorough of a job. I'm thankful for their fast response and quality work. My house now feels safer and the dryer gets a load of laundry done faster!

I strongly recommend Southeast Clean Air Solutions. My allergies were acting up and the airflow to one room of my house was very poor. I called Zach and he came over the next day to perform a thorough inspection and provided me with a free estimate. He took pictures and answered all of my questions. I felt confident in hiring them and within 3 days the job was done! I couldn’t believe how immediately improved the airflow and quality was. Zach and Steven were both very friendly, professional and they kept me informed throughout the process.

I give this business 5 stars!! Zach is awesome!! He came to our home and helped diagnose issues with our HVAC. Some issues he could not resolve but put us in contact with another trusted company that could. He also came back to our house hours later just to let us borrow a very expensive dehumidifier until we can get our issue resolved fully. We look forward to having him come back to complete the job. He is great guy!!!

I cannot say enough good things about the extremely thorough, honest, professional, great work that Zach does. I wish I could give more stars and that every professional I spoke with and hired were as thorough and professional as him. He earned our trust in a way that no other service professional has yet to do. When I first called Zach I was being told different things by different people (HVAC technicians from different companies, mold specialist, plumbers etc.) and felt confused and like I couldn't trust any of them because of a combination of conflicting information and lack of thorough inspection. Zach was not only patient with my questions throughout the entire process, but he was responsive and extremely thorough, going above and beyond what we originally agreed to because he found (and SHOWED me) contributing factors to my humidity struggles. He also taught me ways to prevent future problems, which I greatly appreciate. And he didn't try to convince me to take very expensive measures, rather gave me his professional analysis and talked through options with me, including ones that others had been telling me I needed to take but that didn't have to be done in a way that would cost me so much money. He is fantastic and I recommend his duct cleaning services to everyone!

Had a great experience with this company. First of all, Zach talked to me on the phone for a while, and really listened to the experience I recently had with a popular HVAC company and the suspicions I had that their recommendations were unnecessary / exaggerated. He came to our house and spent many hours cleaning some filthy heater parts. He then taught us how to clean them, talked through everything he noticed, and followed up by connecting us with HVAC companies who won’t overcharge, for when we are ready to invest in some upgrades we will need over time.

On top of all this, my toddler had a huge tantrum while he was at our house, and I spent a lot of time dealing with her feelings. Zach took a moment to praise me for doing a great job parenting. He then wrote to me to share what a great job we’re doing. That meant a lot!

In short, we now know a great human who’s also a consummate professional, and we are grateful.

I'm usually too lazy to leave reviews for any business but I HAD to give a shout out to this awesome company. I worked with Zach and Robert and both were amazing. No charge for an initial assessment, very quick turnaround time, extremely flexible, reliable, and communicative. I can't express enough how THOROUGH they were and their pricing (based on other estimates I had) were more than fair. They made everything easy and I wish I could hire them for other jobs I need done!!

I called them thinking my duct work was disgusting, but to my surprise it was not as bad as I thought. They were able to come out the next day which was awesome! zach was wonderful by bringing things to our attention that we were not aware of, but could cause my ceiling to collapse and severe damage. he even called a company close by - got pricing for us and they have already came out (same day ) to fix that issue. the air quality report was so helpful and i will recommend this company to everyone I know. they are beyond trustworthy and fair! very few far and between to find this type of business today.

Moved into a new showroom building on Monday with six rooftop units. By end of day (temperatures in the high 90’s) we realized one or two units weren’t working properly. On Tuesday, at a friend’s suggestion, we called Temperature Pro. Spoke with John and he told me their specialists would be here the next morning. And they were!! I know they must have been backed up with these hot days, but they fit us in and were here on time the next morning. Not long later, both units had been repaired and we’re enjoying the nice cold air!

I would recommend TemperaturePro to anyone! Every time I call they show up the same day and change their schedules to be available. They are extremely professional and masters of their work. Most importantly, they are honest and trustworthy. In one instance I called in an emergency. It was a quick fix so they didn't even charge! I will always use them for my HVAC needs.

Having dealt with most of the HVAC companies in town at one point or another, I can confidently say that TemperaturePro is the best. Our AC went out on a particularly warm holiday weekend, and TemperaturePro had someone at our house working on the issue within 24 hours. Everyone we dealt with was prompt, courteous and friendly. They came out to my home on the day and on time to review which system would suit our home the best, they then gave us a choice of manufacturers; American Standard, Carrier or Lennox who they are approved suppliers for. They are Class B Contractors so you know you are in safe hands. I can't recommend them highly enough.

So here's my story:

Early January 2018, my 21 year old Goodman heat pump finally had it. The heat kit stopped working properly, and of course because of its age, it was impossible for me to find a replacement. So I called my home buyer's warranty company, 2-10. Luckily this old Goodman was covered under my policy. So 2-10 first hired a contractor by the name of Indoor Air of VA. Indoor Air came out to my residence, late, and he barely even greeted himself. He pulled apart my old Goodman, lost some screws, didn't even use a multi-meter to test any of the components to see what the problem could be (even though I already knew what was wrong). Ray Dodson (the owner) left my residence and promised to give me an update within the next business day.

Four days later, no response from Mr. Dodson from Indoor Air of Virginia. I called him multiple times, often going straight to voicemail. But when I did get a hold of him, he gave me an excuse saying that he sent an update to 2-10 and he was waiting on them to respond. So I called 2-10 to verify this... He LIED to me. He sent nothing to 2-10, delaying the process. Meanwhile here I am freezing in 12 degree weather in my own house while Dodson sits in his cozy, warm home. He took my $103.50 deposit, and gave me NOTHING. Crook.

I called 2-10 again and complained about this guy, So 2-10's next up contractor was this small office called Temperature Pro in Richmond.

From the very beginning, the customer service was phenomenal! First person I spoke to on the phone was Mr. John Warren. Great guy, took the time to listen to my problem and was very understanding while also carrying a sense of urgency with my needs. The next day, Temperature Pro dispatched a technician, Zach Balderson. Zach was very knowledgeable and courteous. He even made sure to cover his shoes when entering my home! He actually tested the old unit to make sure that there weren't any other problems going on. Estimates were given to me immediately while he was there. Zach called his vendors and was able to get a replacement unit set and ready for me the same day. This was on a Friday if memory serves right.

The following Monday, the whole crew showed up to replace my unit! Zach, Tyler, John, and Larry all came prepared for a full system replacement! What great attitudes, they let me watch the entire process, answered my questions, and went the full extra 100 miles to make sure that I was satisfied with the results of the installation. Even though the home buyer's warranty contracts don't pay much, these guys showed me the same service quality as if I were paying for it all myself. It was by far the smoothest and most pleasant experience I've had in my short time as a new homeowner.

I definitely recommend Temperature Pro of Richmond to anyone in need of a system install, repair, or general maintenance. They have shown me that good customer service and honesty still exist. So congratulations guys, you've made a customer for life!

We were working with window ac units and electric baseboard heaters which was very inefficient, expensive, and not to mention easy for people to break into your windows while you’re away. We were on the fence about the investment and upgrade for our heating and cooling needs. We have an older house, that required the mini splits versus your traditional heating and cooling systems.

Temperature Pro Richmond was not pushy and really listened to our concerns and address our skepticism to help us understand the benefits, the process of installation, and the cost savings of this type of unit. Throughout the entire working relationship, they kept an open line of communication and provided us updates throughout the installation so that we were fully aware of where they were in the process. They worked with our schedule and completely the job in a timely manner.

They were very professional, worked very hard, and very knowledgeable of their product. They even came back to reevaluate what we needed. And we ended up installing mini split units because our house is low to the ground. We really enjoy the ability to customize each room temperature. The units are quiet and aren’t disruptive and the main outdoor unit is smaller than the traditional units. They made a clean installation both indoors and outdoors. A big thanks to Phil, Taylor, and Zack for their hardwork, dedication, and professionalism!
