Steve, Nico, and Cathy exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The service was completed much faster than I anticipated, especially considering we needed an emergency water heater replacement located in our attic. I was genuinely impressed by how efficiently they removed the old unit and installed the new one.
They took the time to walk us through each step of the process, clearly explaining what to expect and ensuring we felt comfortable throughout. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail were outstanding.

A great clean and professional company amazing experience

My sewer was backing up and overflowing out of my downstairs toilet, I was so distraught I had no clue what to do , luckily the Internet gave me a very good plumbing company, which was the same name, a very good plumbing company I couldn't pass this up it seemed to be some kind of omen , so I called and they sent Peter out to my house, in the first thirty minutes of Peter being here, he had my sewer open, and draining like it was new, he camera my line and found roots in the line right out in front of my home, I found out from Peter that my sewer was broken at that spot, he dug up the line and repaired at a great price, that I couldn't refuse, now my sewer is fixed, and I have a cleanout port in my bushes, if anything ever happens again
Thank God they have people here that treat their customers with the greatest customer service

We had an issue with our water heater and needed it replaced. Called Good Home Repair and they were able to quickly replace our water heater. Since we had an amazing experience we called them back to assist with our bathroom remodel!! They are affordable, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!!

Peter and his team are the pros you want in your home. I’ve had issues with my plumbing for years, and have never had a company take the time and effort necessary to diagnose and remedy the problem from the source. They went above and beyond to address my underlying issue and show me what they did to resolve it, all without breaking the bank. When they finished I felt like I had a new home! Will definitely be calling them for future needs.

Worked on my Water Heater. Had all the parts on his truck and took care of it in 90 minutes. What I really liked was that he took the time to explain the problem, the materials and what they did, but most of all he explained the price. Will use again in the future!

Jarrett came in and was very professional and curious. Made sure I knew what he was thinking and what it would cost before he started any work. We agreed on the best strategy, signed some paperwork, and he got to work right away. Only took him about half an hour and the problem was fixed first try. We've never had any significant plumbing issues before, so I was at a loss when we had a significant clog in our laundry drain. I reached out to them late in the day yesterday and they set us up right away with Jarrett. The guy is the epitome of integrity. Took care of the clog quickly, explained everything thoroughly. We're back up and running in no time!

Our downstairs toilet and shower were backing up every time we flushed the upstairs toilet or use the upstairs shower/tub. We called a different company at first, but they never showed up, so I went online and I saw Roto-Rooter and I decided to give them a call. The lady said they would be there within an hour, but he was actually arrived in less than one hour, which was great. Yhe technician that serviced our home was very nice, and friendly and very professional. He gave us various options and explained everything in detail. He did a great job. I would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

We had an outdoor drain line that was backing up. Jarrett made the service call to our house. He was professional andexplained our options to consider. He was very efficient at snaking the line. All the paperwork and warranty information was completed on the spot along with the billing. A very good experience and would consider and recommend them in the future.

My kitchen sink started backing up and my neighbor suggested Roto-Rooter as he was pleased with their work and considered their pricing to be fair. Step by step they determined that sections of my cast iron drain pipe were rusted through allowing stone etc to enter the pipe. There's no snaking through material like this. My home is 59 years old and this erosion had been going on for many years. A stretch 28' x 1' of my basement 4" concrete floor had to be excavated to get the old pipe replaced. I'm bragging on this crew (Jason Ledderman, Jarrett, Sylvester, Larry and others) for their hard work, patience, and respect or us and our property. Dust mitigation, water mitigation, drain services, plumbing services, concrete jackhammeing, concrete pouring and finishing and considerable clean-up!
