The Roto Rooter people could not have been better They were prompt. They knew what they were doing. They were accommodating. And they were very easy to communicate with.

I had a leak inside the wall for my second bathroom shower. Jarett came out and was very friendly and informative as I asked questions. He explained what he was doing every step of the way, cleaned as he worked, and left the area in a much better working fashion than he found it for sure. Thank you!

Jarrett #222 arrived at my home to unclog my sink. Fantastic job but his personality, his professionalism and his knowledge was what really impressed me. When he left, it looked like no one had been here and that's a first for me when it comes to plumbing issues. SO polite and friendly. This far surpassed my expectations on how quickly he got the job done, and a truly enjoyable conversation to go with it. Highly highly recommend!!

I called at 8:20 am and explained the toilet was backed up and when plunged the water was coming into the bath tub. I was told they would be there between 10 and 12. They refused to give me any pricing over the phone. (I later found out this is because the plumbers work on commission and so it depends on how much they can sell you.) Jarrett showed up at 2:15 pm and told me he would have to remove the toilet to snake the drain and clear the clog for $674.92. Which I thought was outrageous, but since there had been no toilet for hours, and we had waited for him for close to 6 hours we were in a bind. So, I agreed to his exorbitant pricing, which I think was his plan in the first place. He then said to really fix the problem he would have to replace a 4 foot section of pipe for $2000. And said there would be no guarantee on the original repair. He then reinstalled the toilet and flushed it about 20 times (which I now know made his temporary fix not last 24 hours). Anyway, the toilet was clogged again less than 24 hours later and when I called him, he did not return my call.
I should have never called this scam of a company. The real problem turned out to be very expensive, but nothing Jarrett was proposing was going to ever fix it. He just wasted my time and money. I will also be reporting them to the BBB. They could make plenty of money doing things the right way. I don't understand the ethically bankrupt nature of some companies...

We had the nicest young man, Jarrett, come out and repair our plumbing problem. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He left no question unanswered, stayed as long as it took to get the job completed, and I would have him right back here again should another plumbing issue arise.

Shane was absolutely awesome. He was very communicative and understanding. Not only was he able to get the job completed in the same day but sent photos as I wasn't able to attend. Highly recommend!

Please confirm that the attached picture is what is considered rough grade. Also, the technician left trash in the yard at the end of each workday, including Gatorade bottles. He also wiped his hands on the siding after handling sewage line and said he would clean it before finishing but now there are just brown stains on the siding because he did not clean it.

Lastly, he dug two separate paths to the street because he incorrectly determined where the main drain line was, even after having scoped the line two or more times.

The quality of the job was poor and created more than the necessary amount of damaged to the property.

I would not recommend using Rotorooter to any of my friends or using Rotorooter again at any of my properties.

Chris is an amazingly experienced, empathetic, kind guy. I was so relieved to see him today. He got my major plumbing problem sorted with no problems whatsoever. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

We were very happy with the service. Our toilet had a very weak flush. Come to find out, one of our kids had put a toy in the toilet. Roto-Rooter was able to remove the toy and now the flush is back to normal. We were able to get an appointment fast, like within an hour and the guy who helped us seemed very professional and experienced. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Chris showed up on time with all the right tools for the job. My sewer was scoped, with video on my flash drive. Plumber marked floor with green paint, at my request, to show routings.

Jarrett came out and because my laundry sink was backing up. Spent all day out here trying to fix the issue and kept at it till he found a solution to the problem. Nice guy will talk with you the whole time and let you know what’s going on. Excellent service.

Jarrett was my Roto-Rooter technician today, and he was FANTASTIC!!! First of all he was very professional and knowledgeable. He got right to work and resolved my issue. Had a emergency but they over charged by 1000s!!!!! I will not ever even think about calling again even if they were the last plumbing company on earth! Used a different local private company Jason Ivy did a great job for a fraction of the price ! Very happy with Jason's work! Stop using these big companies that are all about big profit margins and not about happy customer relationships

Jarrett was on time, fast, and thorough. He answered all of my questions about the video drain inspection and told me everything I need to know as a new homeowner. When he put the toilet back in place, it was set in place even better than it was before, saving me from needing future repairs. Would definitely call again
