Went to VAMAC looking for different options for our bathroom(s) remodeling project. New territory for both my wife Alice and myself. Kim Whitby was both very knowledgeable and very patient in helping us narrow down our choices. Showroom was laid out nicely which was instrumental for me in making selections as I'm a visual type of buyer.

I can not say enough good things about this company. David takes excellent care of all of our needs and the entire company works together to make sure their customers are taken care of. We needed hot water heaters today, the day before Thanksgiving, and they worked together to get them to me two hours after my order. This is just one example of the many ways they have helped make our life easy. Thank you, VAMAC!

This is the first time dealing with these folks but sure was impressed!
I called the South Hill location because it was closer. The man there went way above and beyond to help me. He didn't have the part at that locations so he gave me the number to this location and the man there was supper helpful. Plus they answered the phone right away, and were friendly, intelligent courteous. I will be setting up an account and they will be getting my business from now on.

Brandon at Jacque St counter sales was more than helpful today. He even went out of his way to grab a pump I called about and had it waiting at the counter when I arrived which made it easy to get checked out and get back on site.

We went with VAMAC for our kitchen and bathroom cabinets for our remodel. The cabinets are great quality. Kim and the cabinet company’s customer service is phenomenal! They have worked with us through the entire process as a couple of hiccups did happen as is common with renovations. Would recommend!

I would give VAMAC more than five stars if I could! My experience with this company and with Summer Hawks, Showroom Sales Consultant, has been totally outstanding. We are customers of VAMAC for life. It's well worth the one-hour trip to Richmond for us to work with a vendor selling QUALITY products and that provides such outstanding customer service.

Shout out to Leonard (I think that's his name) at the Jacque St location. After he pulled the assembly I asked for, I'm really glad he said, "Let open it up and take a look." Turns out the part I thought was included wasn't. He got me the right part...and saved me a bunch of time and frustration. Thank you!

Guy at the front desk older guy in a red shirt ,not the young guy he helped me but the older guy literally looked at me then looked behind me while i was waiting with a basket making sure i had everything and asked a white guy behind me if anyone was helping him… Smh a week before mlk’s birthday , its really the only reason I thought id make the post not for the bashing of the person but to help this manner for the guys before me that didn’t say anything. Don’t wanna point anyone out by name because I didn’t know but it kinda made me feel less of myself as a person.
