I went to Noland in a panic after receiving a much higher than expected quote from another company. We were less than two weeks away from starting our renovation and I was stressed about finding fixtures in our budget range. Alison answered these phone, immediately had an appointment set for me later that morning, and worked within our budget to make our vision possible. All the staff were extremely responsive and worked together to deliver the items right on time. I am extremely pleased with the service here and would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Just walked out and the older woman who “greeted” us was very rude and acted like we shouldn’t be there. No where on the website did I see appointments required. When we showed up it’s mostly under construction and a sign taped to the door saying “Appointment only. Same day appointments usually available.” We asked if they had anything available and her answer was a deep sigh with a “I guess depends on what you want.” Needless to say that was easiest decision not to shop at this place.

Great Service—When I was on a hunt for my air conditioner filter, I found it at Winn Supply Company. The availability has been great. If they’re out, they can get it quickly from another warehouse .The customer service at the Service Counter has been topped notch. There is plenty of parking.

Thorough, knowledgeable and tidy plumbers! Always very happy with the service and cleanup. I highly recommend EAS!

I've hired Harry a few times for various plumbing jobs (kitchen sink, gas hot water heater replacement) in my century-old house. He is always professional and timely (if he gives you an arrival time, you can expect him to be on time or a few minutes early). He is clearly a Master Plumber and is comfortable working in old homes. He's my go-to plumber from here on out; I recommend him without hesitation.

We had Harry's Plumbing out yesterday to fix a clogged bathroom sink and I would recommend them to ANYONE. Super professional. Right on time. And VERY reasonably priced (the lowest end of the price quote we received over the phone). He even took the time to explain some other helpful hints and how to keep the drain clear without damaging the old pipes. I have scanned in his card, in case we need anything in the future and so I can forward it over to all of my friends and family. Good Work Harry's Plumbing!

Addition: Just had them out again today (over a year later for the same stupid sink) and had another wonderful experience. Price is never a surprise, and he's actually just a pleasant guy to talk to while he works.

I didn't have Harry do work, however, based on the initial conversation we had, he left a great impression. I will absolutely use him in the future based on the conversation alone. Took time to explain what he thought would need to be done, and gave an honest estimate even though I ended up not getting the work done.

Harry's arrived at our house about 5-10 minutes early from the schedule appointment and had the courtesy to call about 25-30 minutes in advance to give us a heads up.

Harry came to fix my toilet which was starting to come loose from the floor. With 4 kids in the house we needed this fixed quickly. He explained in detail all the options and possible outcomes. I called Harry's Plumbing and Heating the other day because I had no hot water. Harry the owner was the one that answered the phone and I was impressed right off the bat because he sounded really concerned with my situation. Even though Harry had a full day scheduled he still fit me in. He arrived at my house around lunchtime. Harry was very professional and new exactly what he was doing. Also a very personable and pleasant guy to talk to. He fixed my problem quickly and his rates are very affordable compared to other larger companies. Harry is awsome and he will be my go to plumber from now on. I urge anyone who is looking for a good honest plumber to give Harry's plumbing and heating a call. I promise you won't be disappointed.
