My father needed a part for his Moen shower faucet combination, we looked all over high and low, We were in Richmond visiting the VA and decided to look for the valve there, and your location came up I called spoke with JL the sweetest sales guy, and feed us the best snacks, in Essence the service was extraordinary and his knowledge got us the exact part, and didn't overcharge us, the best!

I have to agree with the other one star post if possible to give zero stars they schedule deliveries for 07:30 but you get here and they tell you the only receive 0800 to1500 and say sorry no place to park and wait avoid this place like the plague

Zero will be appropriate!! Semis, AVOID this place at any reason!! No room,very stupid gye who will tell you..you are the driver,figure it out!!! There is back up on two way street, nobody wants to help you,at least stop the traffic for moment!!! Do not come,this place is for straight trucks!!!

Great place and they have everything when it comes to plumbing

Advanced Plumbing was very responsive and right on time. I asked to have a commode serviced and the tech noticed a problem with the sink faucet so he tightened that while he was there and checked the other bathroom too. I will definitely call them again.

Called regarding issue with low faucet flow, Reef the technician was on time, friendly and was able to quickly diagnose and solve the problem. Also was happy to take on a plumbing issue of opportunity when someone else in the house mentioned some issues with a bathtub. Cost was very reasonable. Would call again in a heartbeat and would recommend to anyone in the Richmond area, only complaint is that we have another house that's outside their service area.

Called with a basement extractor issue. Came the next morning and determined the motor burnt out. It was replaced within 2 hours. Highly recommend their services. They are my “ go to” for my plumbing needs.

I have used Advanced Plumbing for the past 8 years and they have been nothing but great. Recently I installed a new dishwasher and the hot water pressure was to low. After calling Justin, he sent a great plumber 'Reef' who was on time and was able to identify the source of the problem and resolve the issue in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Advanced Plumbing, they have a skilled workforce with a team that is looking out for the best interest of their clients.

Please be aware of this business as they are unprofessional and the owner is hot tempered and even threatening at times. Has serious anger management issues. They will underbid to get the contract and keep adding erroneous charges over time. They will not honor their supposedly workman guaranteed which is supposed to last 1 year and instead they will come up with bizarre reasons why something is not covered by their warranty. I had a residential project completed by them and had several water damages in less than 5 months of their completion their work. The brand new toilet line they had installed that leaked and caused water damage to the first floor even before clients moved in, requiring it all to be repaired while they refused to admit fault on the work that they did. It took them more than 6 tries to get the residential plumbing inspection passed due to various issues. They like to cut corners and their workmanship is below what is considered acceptable. Especially if you are a home owner or a house flipper, be aware as they are dishonest with their billing and will not honor their workmanship guaranteed. As mentioned by other reviewers, they will underbid to get the project started and add in random charges to the initial assessment over time. You have been warned.

Advance Plumbing is far too expensive.
I've used many plumbers, and a $79 or $89 trip charge is very reasonable, but on top of that they charge what is called an "hourly minimum" which is over $200--even if it takes them 5 minutes to fix the problem which is what happened in my case.
Furthermore, the office never discussed a $200 hourly minimum, or I would have gone elsewhere. The plumber told me about it AFTER he had finished the work. They may be fine for very large commercial jobs, but for a residential need, there are far more cost effective options.

I would like to say this has been a exhausting journey that taught me many lessons. It all started with a leak in the crawl space. Not having much experience being in a home, I took advice from others. It started with a home warranty, google search, then picking someone. I tried several businesses to include the home warranty. I came across Advance Plumbing and a perfect gentleman named Justin arrived for the estimate. He diagnosed the problem and advised the best action to take. It took a few days to get the quote back, so I tried others. The ones I tried were not as professional as Justin. When I finally got the quote from Advanced Plumbing, I thought the price was steep. While looking for a lower price, I picked up on things that struck me as odd from people not returning calls to plumbers mentioning using temporary fix solutions. Justin gave a permanent solution. I thought about it for a few days and chose right. A perfect gentleman named Travis did the job and I couldn't be more appreciative. Fast forward I had a minor problem with an unrelated clog. I missed communications with Justin so took a chance with the home warranty. It was a complete waste of time and money. The company sent was totally unprofessional and didn't give 2 cents about fixing anything. The clog ultimately got fixed by another plumber but it brought me back to this. Advanced Plumbing. I would give them 10 out of 5 stars. Be patient and let these guys fix the issues you my be experiencing. Don't let the prices chase you away. Advanced Plumbing have highly intelligent men and women on their team. You are investing in other people and their families as well. They did the hard part of getting the education and training and are damn good at it. I'm the last person to kiss up to anybody, but these guys are without a doubt the best in the field. I highly recommend the organizations and stand by them. If you are having doubts, leave them now and look no future. I really don't write reviews, but its my duty to pay respect when its due. Advanced Plumbing is A+++. I will only deal with them from here on out. Peace and love family!
