The woman with blond hair at the front desk was very rude and acted like I was bothering her time on the internet. She gave short, terse answers to my simple questions and it has turned me off from doing business with Noland.

Lots of options in showroom. Very knowledgeable. Was able to custom build shower very easily.

I worked with Justin and he was extremely helpful. We had a tankless hot water go down. I called several plumbers who were not helpful. I called the manufacturer and they agreed to cover it under warranty but couldn’t tell me a distributor. Ferguson was listed on their website but they were useless. I got passed all around and ended up with Noland. Justin was willing to go outside their normal offering to help me order the new unit and set me up with a plumber. After getting the run around with no hot water for two weeks, Noland and Justin saved the day.

Came in clutch. Got me exactly what I needed for a water main break. Awesome coustmer service.

I have purchased two Toto Washlets, a Toto Toilet, and a Kitchen garbage disposal from Noland over the phone. The person I dealt with, Michele, for all 3 orders was pleasant and very helpful, and made it very convenient for my handyman to pick up these products. The products I received have also proven to be of high quality. For example, the toilet has yet to clog (I’ve had it for 6 months as of the time of this review), and is very easy to clean. Given the price of Toto products, this is to be expected. But I definitely feel like I got a good value from these products. The garbage disposal cost was also comparable to that of The Home Depot. I plan to purchase more products from Noland in the future, and would recommend Noland from others.

These guys are my "go-to" for all my plumbing supplies. I've worked with many different folks at the parts counter and they are all very knowledgeable and, if they don't know the answer to your question, one of the other guys does. They are also great at offering suggestions and sharing their knowledge with whatever plumbing project I'm tackling. Their service is second to none and their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend the Richmond Winsupply team for you your next plumbing project!

I just remodeled my master bathroom, and I’ve purchased from Noland all bathroom fixtures, shower heads, faucets etc. Excellent customer service.If there would be 10 stars rating available I would give 10 stars. Alison helped me out with my multiple order and she is super knowledgeable, professional and always there to help. Noland have very good products, superb showroom.

We walked into Noland to check out various bathtubs. After Alison helped us, we left and went about our day. We returned a few hours later and bought the floor model of an incredible James Martin vanity they had marked down. We designed our whole bathroom remodel around it!

Noland (Alison) helped us find the perfect bathtub and fixtures and at reasonable prices.
