We first called PDK Chimneys for a routine chimney cleaning on our natural gas fireplace. eli came out and did a free inspection, and found some big issues with our main exhaust system that we had no idea about. we also needed some chimney repairs which hadn’t been on our radar. everything got scheduled smoothly, and they replaced the necessary parts for our exhaust in a really professional and careful way. after they rerouted the exhaust from our boiler, our old damper clogged up (it was super old), so they had to come back a few times to check up on things. we never even got charged for those extra visits, and they kept following up to make sure everything was safe and working just right. it wasn’t even their fault, but they made sure to fix it all anyway. honestly, i’m really impressed with the service and care.

We called pdk chimneys to help fix a downdraft issue in our chimney, but during their inspection, they found several problems that made our fireplace unsafe to use unless repaired. After we switched from oil to gas, the chimney had never been vented correctly, but they handled it perfectly. At first, ralph thought part of our wall would need to be opened, but thanks to his careful and thorough work, that wasn't necessary. we're really happy with how professional and skilled the team was.
