Jose came to my home to help with some plumbing issues, and I couldn't be more pleased with his service. He was patient, kind, and thoroughly professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to listen to all my concerns and went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved. If I ever have plumbing issues in the future, I would choose Jose again without hesitation.

United Air Temp has provided great service.Ronnie the technician has been responsive to my concerns and very patient and accommodating. Follow-up service is needed for parts so I’m looking forward to the final repairs.

We had our tankless hot water heater cleaned. That process takes about 45 minutes, most of it dead time for the tech. Nick was great to offer to look at anything else we had and helped answer some questions we had about some water intrusion that was found in our furnace. He was great.

Always a great experience with United air we’ve been using them for years. Our tech Ronnie was awesome but just really nice and professional and went above and beyond. Customer service agents are always very friendly. And one of the store managers Mike Diaddigo is top notch!

Incredible work performed by the two installers. They worked in a crawl space which would be difficult for most installers. They were extremely efficient and very professional.

My AC stopped working mysteriously. United Air Temp sent someone out the next day and he (Ronnie) diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Additionally, he fixed two other problems. He was patient with my questions and most importantly, competent. This is not the first time this company has come through - response time is great

Our air conditioning stopped working so we called United Air Temp since we had a contract with them. Their maintenace staff person, Melvin, came promptly and assessed the problem. He explained clearly what was needed to make the repairs and ordered the necessary part. The service was excellent in every respect and we highly recommend United Air Temp.

Ishaun and his coworker were very professional. They called before they came and arrived in a timely fashion at the beginning of my window of time. The repairs were done very quickly. I was shown that it worked properly and they cleaned up behind themselves. They were very respectful of my home and answered all my of the questions that I had. I am very satisfied with the service.

When I called over the weekend, United Air Temp quickly made an appointment to diagnose my issue. Their tech - Melvin - arrived on time two days later and did a thorough assessment. I was worried that our AC unit had completely died, but he identified an issue with the electronics on our damper and helped with a quick fix pending a later replacement.

This is the second time I've worked with UAT and I've signed up for their maintenance package after another good experience. I'd strongly recommend calling them for any HVAC issues.

Update: My sink does not drip when the faucet is running. However, today I poured out a bowl of approximately 5 quarts of water & the water came gushing out from under the sink! From a drip to a gush 🤦🏿‍♀️ The tech is returning in 2 days.

Nick completed a routine check at my Mom’s house, helpfully fitting us into their schedule at late notice. Nick was extremely thorough, very pleasant and knowledgable. He found a small gas leak and went to Home Depot for supplies to fix it around 8:30pm. He explained the situation clearly and helped us decide what course of action to take. Nick and United Air temp are fabulous!

1st Tech sent needs to go back for more training. 2nd Tech was the Best by Far! He was very knowledgeable & polite. He went out of his way ( Home Depot) to get parts that he didn't have that was needed. He restored my faith in United Air Temp. I will definitely call them when needed again.

Nick was prompt, courteous, and efficient. Even though he wasn't able to clean our dryer vent due to the route that it takes through the house, he discovered that the vent was not connected to the dryer in back. He helped us pull out the dryer and put it back on.

I recently moved into the area, and last week I got this company to work on my heating unit and the house I just moved in. now, before the house had any problems with the thermostat, their realtor said that everything was in top condition. So, when my thermostat broke, I got this company to come and take a look.. they charged me $200 just to come and look at it even though a few days later, by that morning, the unit broke once again. I got another company to come out and look and they said, I need an entirely new unit installed and it seems like that last company didn’t do anything except take my money and you’ve been on a moral and ethical standpoint, you cannot take customers money because that’s just poor business practice and I hope this company learned its lesson

My technician called me to let me know that he was on his way, and advised me of his arrival time, which was within the scheduled timeframe. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He serviced my humidifier and performed warranty check on my furnace. Afterwards, he patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I was completely satisfied with this service appointment.

Didn't know that they did plumbing too. Best plumber I've used. Gio was prompt, friendly, and professional. So far the best that I've had and there are some great plumbing companies in the area.
