The United Air Temp tech Nick was extremely courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained to me his diagnosis, gave me options when he found that there was more work to be done, and cleaned up after himself when he was done. He made several phone calls to his supervisors to make sure I got the best deal and that we all understood the process of working with my insurance company. A+ work. I’m looking forward to seeing him again when he finishes the work.

Marco F provided expedited, professional, courteous service. He further provided ways for us to preserve our system through maintenance with the hope of avoiding costly repairs. Our system was fixed same day.

Nick was very professional and thorough. He knowledgeably explained how the furnace forced air through the house ductwork and discussed steps that could make the overall system more uniform and efficient. Thank you, Nick! Job well done.

Extremely happy with my service and especially the technician, Nicholas! As a new/first time homeowner I continued the maintenance plan the previous owners had on the home and am so glad I did. Nicholas walked me through every step of his inspections and taught me so much during his maintenance visit today. He answered all of my questions and helped me to understand everything I needed to know/keep an eye out for on my older units giving me great peace of mind.

Scheduling was smooth. Plumbing service was excellent, Antwan was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He arrived later than scheduled, called ahead to make sure we still want to the service on that day rather than reschedule. He got to work right away, fixed two issues within promptly and analyze the other one and provided good information.
Will use them again.

On July 22, 2025 we hired United Air Temp to install an AC/Heat pump system. From the day the unit was installed it had been a nightmare.
July 23, company was called because the ac was not blowing enough cool air, manager came out and realized that the technician did not install a new thermostat . A technician was sent out and added Freon.
July 24, manager installed a new thermostat and we complained that the ac was not cooling enough.
July 26, another technician was sent out and decided that he had to remove Freon. That could cause the problem of not cooling properly at the same time we discovered the the installer used the old filter. He bent it and broke it and it was used anyway.
July 28 a new filter, and thermostat was installed because the the system was not cooling enough. We decided that we had to try 3 days at 75 degrees to give the system a chance.
9/8/25 Anne Arundel County came in for inspection and it did not pass inspection.
9/17 United Air Temp sent a technician to comply with county regulations.

Nick gave me the stated 30 min notification which other companies/techs might give 15 min which is critical when I have to leave work. He was right on time with his time assessment for arrival. Nick was extremely professional and polite. He answered all my questions and gave me all the options allowing me to make the decision.

Jose was courteous and competent. He cleaned our hot water heater as well as our dryer after doing the regular maintenance on our furnace. Excellent job. A pleasure to have Jose in our home.

Nick came for a schedule maintenance but was able to offer a solution for a problem we’ve had for the past 2 years. We have 2 units one in the attic and one in the basement. The one in the attic has a problem with the filter. It doesn’t stay in place. Nick was the first one to suggest putting in a box that will allow the filter to stay in place. He also noticed the basement unit has a lot of dust and cleaned it up. Lastly he told me about a new plan that includes. 15% off of repair services. Nick was positive, knowledgeable and very helpful. I would definitely want him to help me in the future.

Marco asked to arrive earlier than planned-- of course!

He did some troubleshooting and identified the problem right away and repaired the heating element that caused our furnace to fail.

He gave us some good practical tips to keep our unit in good condition; and talked about future options.

It was a pleasure to have him take care of our problem so efficiently.

United Air Temp provided excellent service. Communication was clear and consistent, and scheduling the appointment was quick and easy. Marco Felix diagnosed the issue right away and replaced the heater motor efficiently. Everything is working perfectly now. I highly recommend United Air and their team.

United Air Temp are the worst. We thought we had leakage from upstairs toilet’s or shower. However, that wasn’t the case. The nice worker Rudy who was the plumber diagnosed our problem correctly. He informed us it was our HVAC system. He told us it been so hot lately the duct pipes were sweating and he had to cut the ceilings to make sure. Fast forward, United Air Temp sent out Andrew Stearman the Fort Washington Branch Manager. I showed him everything the holes Randy cut in the ceilings to diagnose the correct issue. Then Andrew asked to look at our HVAC system. He went in the basement and outside to look at everything. He informed us we need a whole new HVAC system including the furnace part. So, we said ok. Not to mention it cost us over $14k. Andrew left our house with corroded duct pipes because he didn’t include the work in with replacing the HVAC system. He will not take responsibility for his actions and done nothing about it. We contacted AHS, per AHS Andrew told them it was normal wear & tear, therefore AHS wouldn’t pay for the work for us. They would only pay for the drywall once the duct work is complete. It’s been three weeks now. I have contacted United Air Temp to get Andrew’s manager. His manager is Hector Lopez, which is the Regional Manager. I called on three occasions to get a call back from him and every time they say he’s at a customer house and will give me a call back. To this day I haven’t receive a call back from him. Their customer service is horrible and they ALL are liars.

We have been so pleased with the service provided by United Air Temp. Our technician, Marco F, is amazing. He is professional, punctual, pleasant, and highly-skilled at assessing HVAC systems. We feel confident in his assessments of our systems and are comfortable following his recommendations because of the thorough nature of his work and his trustworthiness.

Five technicians arrived at my home 20 days ago to fix my HVAC system in this Jan 2026 cold storm on the East Coast.
Two technicians arrived with a part that took almost two weeks to be ordered.
At no point was the unit tested (turned on). The technicians left my home two weeks ago claiming they need to order another part which was rusty the first time they came.
I would not recommend United Air Temp service to anyone. It seems the technicians are clueless of fixing my HVAC. My insurance company AHS appointed this company to my home and my HVAC system is still out of service.
I have called United Air Temp and AHS and United Air Temp says I am not a priority as I did not enroll in their high pressure service plan nor agreed to buy a new HVAC system through them. AHS says I am a priority and they have made it known to United Air Temp but they claim the parts are being ordered.
How does a company do business without over night delivery of parts?
The weather is going to be very cold this weekend as a snow storm is about to hit and United Air Temp company doesn't care if an AHS customer is without heating in the house.

AHS claims that every contractor has a month to get work completed.
