My AC/Heating unit, prevously installed by NS Heating and Cooling, stopped functioning. I called Mr. Omar, my contact with the company. He immediately visited my house and identified the problem. He took extra effort to procure the Condensor Fan Motor for replacement, and withing 24 hours got the unit functioning. Because the ambient temperature was ~90oF, this prompt service brought heavenly comfort to my family. I had a wonderful experience with this company.

New install is working great. We lost our heat pump in the cold weather and they installed our new heat pump very quickly at a reasonable price. I can't find any reason to fault the process, I have some special instructions and they followed without having to remind them. They are very hard workers, clean and kept in touch with me. I have already recommend to others in person and hope they keep up the good work. I feel as though if I do have an issue in the future they will stand by their work.

The work and prices were excellent. Omar had my a/c unit and water heater installed in three days after out initial contact. I work highly recommend this company anytime.

My A/C was leaking from a clogged pipe. I called at around 12:30 and they had someone out by 2pm on a Saturday. Their technician Oscar was polite and fixed the issue quickly.

Sammy, was the first person to come and give me an estimate, then after getting a few more estimates, I called Sammy back and asked him to install our a/c and heat pump.
The service was good, they came when they said they would and the new system works great. Sammy is also a very caring person.

The gentleman at NS were prompt, courteous and delivered a great service in replacing my outdoor condenser and coils. I wasn't up-sold on anything I didn't need, keeping my blower and heating unit and the price was very affordable compared with big box shops. One year since the service and everything's working great. Would recommend

NS heating and cooling came out last Monday did a consultation told me I needed a new unit inside and outside was on time very professional. I had appointment scheduled for that Wednesday they arrived on time and completed the job in one day as they told me they would on Monday. My new unit has been working great. Great Company and Prompt Service. Samy and team replaced two heating and cooling systems at our house, about 5 years back. The job was very well done, the technicians were great to work with and very friendly, and the price was really good.
Since then, any concerns and repairs that I have had for the system were immediately addressed.
NS Heating is always available on text, and responds almost immediately, are very flexible in their scheduling. At times, they have scheduled appointments the very next day of us reporting the actual problem.

Mr. Omar and his team are amazing. mr. Omar is very knowledgeable with all types of AC units. He walked me through what was best for my home and gave me the best price because I shopped around for the best price in his price was the best.

I was initially skeptical since they were out of state, but they quickly put together a quote and offered me a few equipment options to choose from, so I was able to go with the brand I preferred. Omar even drove all the way to Baltimore to inspect my system in person. They completed the work efficiently, and the crew was very respectful throughout the process. It took a lot of stress off my shoulders, and I was also able to easily register the product warranties.

I called to make an appointment on Monday and was able to get an appointment the next day. Oscar came to service my parents A/C and were awesome! They arrived within the appointment window and were both so friendly. They explained everything they were doing and were in and out quickly.
