The gentleman was very professional, polite, and courteous. He was thorough, took his time to troubleshoot many components until he figured out what causing the heat it working properly, he finally fixed the problem that previous contractors couldn’t. Very happy he showed up.

I'd like to add a new post here today I had a great experience with Joe and Craig coming and their new helper. They replaced my whole entire heating and air conditioning unit inside and outside. The house is nice and toasty right now and I am so pleased with their job. I would also like to thank Joe for letting me know that I had a sewage leak underneath the house and giving me a recommendation for someone that he trusts so I know I'm going to trust him also. I pray many blessings upon this company. They are honest their customer service is out of this world they care about their customers and they make sure that you're happy with the work that they do. And the price is out of this world. I do have a service contract with them and I suggested tonight you may want to go up on it a little bit because they're worth every dime of what they do to take care of their customers. Keeping their homes cool and also heated. Happy Thanksgiving guys.

Craig was amazing. Emergency work order for no heat, he found the issue, fixed it, and made sure the whole system was safe. He is very knowledgeable and we will absolutely be using this company again in the future to maintain our HVAC.

Excellent service!! Received a call the day before my scheduled service and was notified that they could come out a day sooner. Technician arrived, quick troubleshoot and fixed my AC unit. Craig was very helpful in initiating contact to schedule services and the technician Joe was friendly and knowledgeable.

Super responsive and easy to get an appointment on one of those blistering weeks when everyone’s system is breaking down. We felt like Jesus was actually willing to address the issue when so many others have immediately advised us to replace our hvac, and we really appreciate the integrity! Also very reasonable pricing.

Tech (Joe) came this morning to complete a prior service call with a part he had ordered. Temperus was recommended by our American Home Shield (AHS) home warranty company. Quality Service is a big deal with them and I have found Temperus Heating and Air to be very responsive and professional. Our tech was courteous, all about business, and very prepared to get our heating problem repaired. We will recommend.

I've been dealing with issues with both my upstairs and downstairs AC units for years. As a loyal customer to a well known HVAC company, I kept hoping they'd finally get it right but the problems always came back. This time, I decided to try something new and requested service from Temperus Heating & Cooling LLC through my insurance company, based on glowing recommendations from a friend. Craig Falkowski came out to my home and immediately diagnosed several wiring and instalation issues that had been overlooked for years. He fixed them efficiently and just like that, my AC problems were finally resolved. The best part? I wasn't charged hundreds of dollars for unnecessary services like freon replacement, which I didn't even need. I've owned my home for nearly 20 years, and I've never felt the AC run this cool or this consistently. Craig didn't miss a thing. Not all superheroes wear capes! I'm beyond happy with the outcome and will absolutely refer Temperus Heating & Cooling to anyone in need of reliable, honest HVAC service.

Very fast response by both AHS and Temperus. Joe, the tecnician, was very transparent and professional in discussing our AC issue, and went about resolution promptly. Pricing of covered and non-covered items were discussed and explained before any action taken.
Bottom line, Joe did a terrific job, our problem was resolved, and I can recommend Temperus Heating and Cooling.

Craig is extremely knowledgeable! He was able to diagnose the issue as soon as he took the cover off of the heat pump (within seconds). He also saw problems in the outdoor unit just by looking through the fan from the top of the unit. Great service!!

Temperus was assigned by American Home Shield to repair our Air Conditioner during the hotest weekend this summer. We submitted our "ticket" at 8 p.m. Friday and Temperus called promptly Saturday morning. They were flexible with scheduling. They werent able to come out until Monday. Our AC couldn't have picked the worst time to go out, temps in the 90s and our schedule packed with a bunch of medical appointments that day. Even with picking the best time for us, we were still not able to make it back to our home when the tech arrived. I contacted Temperus as soon as I knew we were going to be late. The tech, Jesus Vilca, was patiently waiting for us. Mr. Vilca quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. When he checked the indoor unit and filter, I explained to him, he would see big dust bunnies on the air intake side of the filter that I was not able to get cleaned out. He showed me how to take the front panel off so that I could reach a vacuum hose in to clean it out, and he vacuumed out for me. That type of customer service is greatly appreciated. My normal HVAC company that does my maintenance has never shared that. Instead,they have suggested I schedule a duct cleaning with their company. Temperus did not try and upsell me on anything. The professionalism from everyone at the company from scheduling to the technician, Mr. Vilca, have sold me on Temperus! Home Shield needs more vendors like this. Temperus, don't change! Two thumbs up, five stars, and a 100% recommendation from my family. We will be contacting them in the future.
