Mr Edgar and his team arrived on time and ready to work. All I heard was hums and laughter in sub degree temps. The system looks great .. temps in the house were toasty warm in an hour after installation. I was very concerned about this major investment and it worked out great. Thank you Donmar. We have used Donmar for our HVAC needs for decades. On Tuesday evening before Thanksgiving we called because we had no hot water. Their tech, Javier, arrived Wednesday morning, as scheduled, and worked for hours trying to get our tankless water heater working well enough for us to have hot water through the holiday weekend, but to no avail. Throughout the process, he explained the tests and procedures he was running. Finally, he explained the parts that would be needed to get the appliance working and priced out the repairs. He also offered the option of replacing the unit, which was out of warranty and 17-18 years old. He located the parts and said they could repair or replace the unit on Monday. Because we have a service contract with Donmar, the service call was $125, which will be deducted from the price (heavily discounted because we have the service contract) of the work they will be doing on Monday. Javier was knowledgeable, patient and professional. We anticipate the same excellent work on Monday when Donmar comes to replace our old water heater.

Exceptional service. Got new AC and furnace system installed by Donmar, and couldn’t be happier. Good price, excellent work, and responsive and pleasant customer service. This is the second unit I got installed by them in the past year — the previous was a heat pump. Highly recommend!

What a crew and attention to details. Always walking in the house with booties, tarp the steps going to the second floor and hallway to the access, was always very polite.

The workmanship was 4.0, Always answering all my questions, which I had plenty. Took pictures of their installation and all the data on startup.

The main technician, Edgar, and every member of the crew were absolutely superb. I had done a great deal of research so I asked many technical questions. We are the original owners of this 2011 townhouse and I watched it be built over several months. The work Donmar did was not simply a replacement, it was significant upgrades for the equipment, as well as correcting poor design and installation by the home builder. In every case, the installations/repairs were first rate.

Chris was absolutely wonderful! He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he was doing while servicing our HVAC system. He made us feel completely comfortable and confident in the work being done, which we really appreciated. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. We will definitely be requesting Chris for all future HVAC visits. Highly recommend this company!

Techs showed up on time, were courteous and professional. Completed work in less time, compared to estimated time. No mess behind. Techs cleaned up nicely. Tech also provided a detailed explanation of the work done and the warranty coverage.

Manuel and Edgar performed the service on my HVAC unit. They were courteous, friendly, and fully explained the work to be done. They came at the start of the scheduled window for the service, alerted me ahead of time when they would arrive, and completed the work within the 4 hour time that had been estimated. Everything was cleaned up at the end of the service.

I was very happy with the work that the Donmar crew (Manuel, Edgardo, & Bryan) did on 1/15- 1/16/26 to replace my HVAC system. They were very professional and did an excellent job of cleaning up the area upon job completion. When I pointed out to them that the new filter rack door was not completely aligned and that the door did not close securely, they were very responsive and got a new filter rack section- the door now closes tightly. The new furnace is functioning beautifully and is quieter than my previous 30+ year old furnace.

Edgar, Michael and their team did a fantastic job! There were unexpected hiccups with how our house was set up but they quickly adjusted their plans and ordered the right parts. We are very pleased with the output.
