They didn’t try to upsell or overcharge—just straightforward, honest service. The compressor was replaced efficiently, and once they recharged the system with freon, my home was back to being cool and comfortable in no time.

We have used Donmar to replace two HVAC units and also our water heater. Our family have been using Donmar for years and have always had exceptional service. From the front desk to the service providers, they have all been extremely professional and done an excellent job with the work. We previous had tried three other companies when we were having issues with our AC and Donmar was finally the ones who could identify the problem.

The team at Donmar has always been outstanding to work with. Very knowledgeable and communicates extremely well about what ever they are doing.

I contacted Donmar for an estimate to replace my Outdoor AC unit and the hot water heater tank. The estimate I received was very reasonable, so I decided to go with them.
Edgar came on the install day on time and explained in details what they will be working on. Edgar is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions prior to do the install.
I’m very impressed with the professionalism Donmar team displayed during this entire process. Definitely will be going back to them for all my future HVAC needs.

Provided competitive estimate quickly via text / email. Automatically gave discount that was promoted on their website, didn’t have to hunt for it or ask like other companies. I wasn’t in a rush but they still got me on the calendar the following week. Carlos showed up and another tech on time, communicated clearly and did an excellent job. There were plenty of challenges to deal with including space constraints and access but the team was not phased by them and got the job done. A great company and I would highly recommend.

The Donmar Company replaced my two old (each more than 20 years old) HVAC systems, one in the basement and the other in the attic. Job foreman Manuel, his assistant Edgardo, and the rest of the team did an excellent prompt job with no issues, knew what they were doing, updated me during the job, answered my questions, made helpful recommendations without upselling the job, completed the work professionally and competently, and were easy to work with. Bottom line, thus far, both systems are up and running with no glitches. In fact, my overall experience with Donmar was top notch: their responsiveness, their initial assessment of my systems and resulting proposal (Michael W), their customer services setup & front office (responsive, convenient, informative), their installation warranty, and the price was reasonable.

We just had a Carrier heat pump unit installed last week. We had been using a competitor for over 10 years and decided we wanted to give Donmar a chance. Longevity with the competitor was great but it had developed into complacency and a sales service call twice a year.

Anyway, Carlos, Fernando, and Ricardo were great. It ended up being an all-day job because the new unit wouldn't fit through the attic opening. No issues with the professionalism and work ethic. They put down tarps to not damage the floors and picked up all the trash and debris at the end.

We did call back in the morning as it sounded the like the damper was not adjusted or came loose. All of the air was coming through one vent and sounded like a torrential rainstorm. We called at 7am and Mayer was onsite around 12pm. He confirmed that the issue was a loose nut holding the damper. Mayer fully tested the system before leaving. Overall great service so far. Even though Donmar had to come out the next day, we wouldn't say that it was a big deal. They were very responsive and acknowledged the issue and error.
