We have been using RS Gregory for over 20 years. Steve has installed and maintained our heating and air conditioner units in addition to our hot water unit. Steve is very honest and does a great job. They are a top notch company which we will continue to use whenever we need service.

Steve is a class act. He had the patience to educate me on the repair was needed and worked with me on the price of the job when it was evident that it was going to take a whole scale replacement of the unit. After starting the job and getting behind the wall he realized some additional complications and made sure to get my authorization before proceeding further. Responsive communication is his strong suit. He'll definitely be on my short list for any HVAC work I need going forward.

My "new" heat pump died after only 16.5 years. On the bright side, it waited until the ambient temperatures were in the 50s instead of 2 weeks ago over Christmas when they were around 6 (six).
I put in a service call on Monday to diagnose the problem and we determined, given the age and other factors, that a replacement was the best option.
3 days later and the new system is up and running. I'm a happy camper and Mr. Gregory's performance and attention to detail was excellent.

Steve and his team did an amazing job! They fixed our HVAC, replaced the coil (and fought for us to get the warranty applied), installed a new return grill as well as a new water heater. Very pleasant and on time. Great experience, not your typical “sales man”.

We had another HVAC company do some bad and expensive work. They damaged the wiring and try to bill us for it. A friend recommend RS Gregory and we got a high quality 6ton heat pump and furnace system at a very respectable rate - $3,500 less than several others and the professionalism, service, pricing and communication are fantastic. What a wonderful experience with AmericanHiTech. After reading the high praises from other reviews, I contacted AmericanHiTech to fix my furnace that stopped working. Hamid answered the call and after discussing he was confident he would be able to fix my furnace after doing some testing. He was able to get me on his schedule for the next day and was on time with shoe covers in hand. When I say this man figured it out and went above and beyond that is exactly what he did. He quickly figured out that it wasn’t just the blower but another component too. He could have tried to upsell me to fully replace the furnace. However, he understood I was on a budget and wanted to hold out on replacement as long as safely possible. He even contacted the furnace manufacturer’s customer support to figure out options. He ultimately was able to find the exact part that I needed directly from the part manufacturer versus the costly branded version. I really appreciated how he thought outside of the box to come up with a resolution that was satisfactory. Not only did I get my heat back on the same day, but I was truly happy to have met such a kind, genuine, and professional HVAC specialist. He is truly knowledgeable regarding his trade and you can tell he loves what he does and helping people. When I am ready to finally replace my HVAC, I will definitely be working with Hamid and AmericanHiTech again because I know they will get the job done well. Thank you Hamid!

My wife and I purchased a new home which needed a new HVAC and an entire new zone for our third level. Hamid from AmericanHiTech was recommended and he was absolutely wonderful to work with! His background in engineering really shined when he looked at our space and drew out the duct work needed to create our second zone. He made the process easy and a week later we had two new HVAC systems with perfectly even air/temperature on all three levels. He even installed and set up both of our smart thermostats. Couldn’t be more satisfied working with Hamid and AmericanHiTech, I highly recommend!

Called him at 6PM and came out 30 minutes later using personal vehicle. Realized the problem and came the very next day and completed everything free of charge.

They were very helpful and provide clear explanation of the issue was, steps required to further investigate, and how they resolved it. They didn't waste time and came prepared to resolved the issue quickly. I highly recommend them!

Thank you AHT! They even gave me advice so as to temporarily get my house warm while they got here. My unit was VERY old, which I didn’t have to inquire because they advised me ahead of time (with links!). Genuine people. They cared enough to come out and work below freezing temperatures. Prices were honest. My kids are warm! Would totally refer to any neighbor.
