Hamid was excellent! He helped with the installation of a new furnace. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and did great work. Hamid explained exactly what he was doing every step of the way and was very responsive to my needs, especially given that my wife is pregnant and we were experience very low temps with winter storms. He is a very honest and straightforward person with a high level of integrity.

I can tell that he really enjoys what he does. I highly recommend that you ask for Hamid if you ever need HVAC work done.

Advantage HVAC came through in a clutch situation I was having with my hot water heater and heating system. I was in a complete bind, and they not only tried to help me over the phone to troubleshoot, and when I couldn’t get the problem fixed they came out the next day first thing and was on time and fixed my issue very quickly. Spent over $3,000 to have them replace an aging but working water heater at my condo. Noticed a leak right after installation, on the same day, they fixed it and I was assured that it would not leak again. And this is three months later. Same leak developed and the drain pan was filled with warm water, rust and mold had developed on the brand new water heater, and the wall adjacent to it respectively. Worst yet, they told me they would not be able to send someone out to fix it until three days later. Then I have to deal with the mold on the wall. Avoid this company for its poor workmanship and support at all cost.
Update: They did come to fix the leak and replaced the drywall.

When our old water heater sprung a leak, the amount of water it was leaking required us to get it replaced quickly. Unlike their competition, R A Dobson took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and despite calling them late in the day, they were able to install a new tank the following morning. The tech's who did the install were professional, courteous, and left our basement spotless. Overall, I would have no issues recommending this company as I found them to be fair, honest, and professional. Based on my experience, I now understand why they have been in business for so long and will continue to use them in the future.

I have been an R.A. Dobson customer for almost 30 years, and they have never let me down. Their technicians are top-notch and their prices are fair.
