Was given a service window from 8-12, was called around 11 saying that they'd be late. I asked them to keep me in the loop on time they would be by. I tried calling back multiple times to check when exactly they would be here as I couldn't wait around all day. Finally received a call at 245 that they'd be there in a couple minutes. I was out grabbing lunch and asked them to wait for me to get back. They decided not to and told me that they'd give my warranty company a call to reschedule. That conversation never happened, even when calling Hi-Tech back directly and they decided to give me the run around.
After two weeks, finally was able to get my home warranty company to get in touch with Hi-Tech, who said that they would not attempt to reschedule because I had missed my appointment window.
Cherry on top is that they charged the warranty company for the service and neglected to tell them that they had been late for their appointment.

Great service! Really goes above and beyond in taking care of you! I've had several HVAC companies work on our system over the years and AmericanHiTech is by far the best. Oh and the price is incredibly competitive!

Hamid was the consummate professional. During a cold snap this spring. He came by late in the evening to make sure we could keep the house warm. Then, when our attic fan died, he worked late to make sure our attic could cool the house down. Will always call him when we need HVAC work.

Wonderful service. As compared to the larger HVAC companies, you are able to reach a live person who is the actual technician. You don't need to go through a call center dispatcher to get ahold of the technician. Hamid was incredibly responsive, professional, kind, and just helpful in educating me about what the issue was and how to fix it. He finished the job within a few hours, including retrieving the part from a distributor, and my heater is up and running!

Hamid is one of the most knowledgeable and honest technicians I’ve worked with, and after many years of issues with our aging HVAC system, I’ve worked with multiple companies and individuals who have tried to bandaid the issue year after year. After quickly diagnosing the various problems with my aging HVAC unit, and advocating for an aggressive full replacement of the indoor unit in his communications with my home warranty company, he worked quickly to secure the parts and got to work. Our outdoor unit was technically working and therefore not eligible for a replacement with the warranty, but he offered me a very reasonable and low price for a new condenser unit replacement, so now I have a fully replaced unit in the home that’s working wonderfully during the hottest part of the year, all at the lower end of cost. On top of all that, he’s a pleasant, down to earth, and kind guy. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend! I had a small leak in a pipe in my AC condenser that drained all my refrigerant. I called around and got varying quotes some of which was exorbitant. I saw on Google the great reviews for AmericanHiTech and Hamid; even though they did not have as many reviews as some of the others, in a leap of faith, I called them. Hamid came out the same afternoon, assessed the problem, and quickly worked to fix it. During the course of fixing the problem, Hamid found another issue which appeared to be the original cause of the leak and proceeded to track down any other issues that may have arisen because of it. He explained everything in detail, was extremely meticulous in fixing the problem, and most importantly, worked with me on pricing and did not try to upsell or price gouge me. I normally don't write reviews, but Hamid's professionalism, courtesy, and integrity merited the shout out! I will definitely use AmericanHiTech for any HVAC needs!

Hamid and AHT are awesome and trustworthy. I was "informed" by a different HVAC company that my compressor was dead and that I needed a new system. I called AHT to get their second opinion. Hamid showed up right away and said "Let's try a few things before we say this unit is dead". Within 30 minutes, my system was up and running and I avoided a new system install expense. When my 27 year old A/C compressor failed on one of our recent hottest days, my homeowners warranty assigned the job to American Hi-Tech Co…and I soon connected with Hamid. He same at the end of the same day I called and determined that the unit was dead. He said he would contact the warranty company and request/suggest replacement. While I know that is what they all promise, I never really expected that would actually be the case. Hamid assured me that if he writes a strong justification AND Infollow up with a strong call, it should work. He wrote said justification and worked until 11pm that evening to send it in. I did my thing the next day and it worked. They promised to replace the unit (which as Hamid explained, was no longer made and would be replaced my a larger and more capable one). He even told me that the actual distributor was next door to his company’s offices and that he would go there and ensure that he would take physical possession of it. He did so and the next day he and his assistant spent more than 4 hours I stalling it and ensuring it’s proper operation.

I felt that Hamid took ownership of my family’s situation and didn’t let up. until the situation was resolved…to both of our satisfaction.
