We’ve been Bowman’s customers for years because of Jeff Richards! Best service technician we’ve ever worked with in our home! He is honest and reliable and friendly. Over the last ten years, he has helped us replace our upstairs and downstairs HVAC units, hot water heater, whole-home humidifier, thermostats, and sump pump! Today, on the hottest day of the year, when the capacitor in our A/C compressor needed to be replaced, he was at our house in under an hour and had it fixed! Highly recommend Bowman’s and Jeff!

Gabriel from Bowman’s plumbing, heating and air conditioning checked my Heat pump and changed the filter. He reminded me to set the thermostat only to Heat once it is colder winter temps. I’ll schedule the spring service in 2026 with Bowman’s.

We have had a maintenance contract with Bowman’s service for over 20 years. We continue to be pleased with their customer service and expertise. Today Jackie came to assess hot water issue. He determined it was corroded heating elements. He replaced the heating elements and we quickly got our hot water back.

Gabriel was on time, efficient, and informative when he checked out our heat pump for the winter months. We will use Bowman's service again!

Nov 10, 2025, another great experience with Bowman. Gabriel came to do our routine maintenance on both units. He was on time, professional and personable, and very knowledgeable. Changed my filters for me, especially the unit in the attic. Bowman is just a great company that appreciates its customers.

Today’s Sunday June 22, 2025. The upstairs AC unit was not cooling on the hottest day of the year so far. Long story short, by the time he left, the house was starting to cool off. Again and again Bowman has been a reliable and dependable service, and Eric always comes through for anything HVAC related.

Today is March 6th and had a service call yesterday. This time with Gabriel. The pattern continues. Great service all around. He came and inspected both units and did me a favor and changed the filter for the attic unit, I hate going up there, lol. Very happy with Bowman and can’t recommend them enough.

Today is Feb 19, 2024 and it’s my 3rd time reviewing Bowman’s service. This time they installed a new gas cooktop and vent in the kitchen islands for me. Aaron was the tech this time. And just like Eric he was a pleasure to work with. He was on time, knowledgeable, professional, personable, the list goes on and on. The only way it could have been a better experience is if it was free! lol. They did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to call Bowman for any HVAC or Plumbing need.

Eric was awesome again. Capacitor went out this time. He was on time, pleasant, knowledgeable, and honest. My unit is working fine and it didn’t cost an arm & leg. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Bowman again.

We contacted our service provider when we were experiencing high humidity inside the house even with the AC on. They sent out a tech who told us, after inspecting the unit, that we needed a brand new AC and that there was nothing they could do to fix the humidity because there were several parts that were major expenses that needed to be replaced immediately. They told us that we had a 2.5 ton AC and that it was dirty and they saw evidence of the coils having been frozen and recommended the most expensive brand of unit. They wanted to send someone right out to sell one to us. We declined and called Bowman upon recommendation from a friend.Jeff came out and analyzed our unit thoroughly and said that the blower speed was set for a 4.0 ton unit and he adjusted it to match our 3.0 ton unit's requirements, which should reduce the humidity. He replaced one part that was around $100 that he showed me was defective. He inspected everything and said it was all in good condition. He added that because we've had the unit for nine years, we would likely need to replace it within a couple of years, but not now and found no other deficiencies; he certainly did not identify parts that needed to be replaced that were thousands of dollars. We moved our contract to Bowman immediately. Jeff was extremely helpful and extremely professional. No pressure like our other company.

Jackie came out on schedule and was able to find and repair a leaky pipe in no time. Price was reasonable. I will call them again for the next project.

Jackie made a special effort to address our plumbing problems on Saturday. He was prompt, professional and conscientious. I will definitely us Bowman again.

I had a great experience with Bowman’s Plumbing. Jackie was phenomenal! His work was solid, he was super professional, and he took the time to explain everything he was doing, which I really appreciated. He was patient with my questions and clearly knew what he was doing.

Out of all the estimates I got, Bowman’s came in at the best price, which made the decision easy. From the person who answered my call to the day the work was done, the whole process was smooth and easy. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest plumbing work.

Jackie was awesome and went above and beyond to get the Sump pump fixed and also cleaned up the lousy pipe work previous owner did at mitigating the issue. The cost was competitive. I am going to use them as my one stop shop for all plumbing needs in the future.

Jackie had the problem assessed in moments. He quoted a price, purchased the required part, returned promptly and completed the work very efficiently. He is very professional, polite and pleasant. He has performed work for my family and I on a number of occasions and always does good work.

Warranty work thermostats: Gabriel drew a detailed drawing of the thermostat front when I explained that I could not read the display.He patiently explained all functions. I plan to hang his drawing on the wall near the thermostat. He should be writing manuals. Such a patient and excellent communicator. Thanks for the speedy service.

Jackie from Bowman’s was able to come on our pretty short notice (even called and was available a day ahead of scheduled appointment). Super nice, showed up right on time and took care of the job with no issues. Looked at another issue while he was out and gave me some advice. Overall a great first experience with Bowman’s!

Jeff was great. Had a very quick turn around time and after speaking on the phone with him, he had a good idea of what the issue was. Once he got to our house he went right to the source and replaced a relay and we were back up and running with ac. We have a little older unit and were concerned it may need to be replaced but he was upfront and honest and told us it was just fine and we should get many more years out of it and not to spend money on a new one if we didn’t have to. He also did a service check on Freon and the unit itself and cleaned up some wiring from the last company that came out, (which we won’t go back to even though they installed our last newer unit). We are hands down going with Jeff and his team at Bowman. It’s hard to find good honest companies these days and this is one of them. Don’t hesitate to reach out to them.
