Jeff Richards worked on my heat pump system and discovered that the contactor was faulty, so he replaced it. He didn't try to upsell me on anything and assured me that my system was in good condition. Previously, I had two other companies come out to diagnose the issue, as I wasn't getting any heat. The first company provided a list of necessary repairs and quoted me $2400. The second company did nothing but fiddled with my thermostat and reset the unit, charging me $250 for the visit and recommending that I replace my entire system. I was becoming increasingly frustrated with the HVAC industry and how many companies seem to take advantage of homeowners. Thankfully, I gave Bowman's a chance and discovered that there are still honest companies and people out there. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for my HVAC needs.

Called for heat pump making a funny noise. Jeff from bowman’s came that same morning and quickly had the issue diagnosed and fixed at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Bowman’s for all your HVAC needs.

Jeff Richards knew we had a service appointment and was in the neighborhood the day before and decided to stop by. He was like a good neighbor and it also saved us a day for part delivery. Didn’t try to push a unit replacement like others. We will always call Bowman. Trust is hard to gain and so easily lost forever. PS. The first day Jeff thought he smelled natural gas. The next day of final repair he brought a natural gas detector to check all the gas fittings. No leak found but Jeff went the extra mile.That is customer care beyond customer service. Thank you Bowman.

Jeff came out when our HVAC system was getting overworked and then shut down. We were sure we would have to replace the blower motor if not the full furnace, but luckily, he did a full diagnostic, adjusted some hidden dampers we never knew existed, gave us easy to follow recommendations and fixed a major problem with our whole home humidifier. He never pressured or upsold us on anything, just fixed a problem we didn’t even see, made simple a few simple recommendations and seemed genuinely happy to NOT sell us an expensive unit or upgrade. Couldn’t recommend Jeff more.

Our first routine service from Bowman’s, which took over the company from which we purchased our system. The transition was painless and hassle free. Judging from the efficient, friendly and professional service from their technician today, we look forward to a continuing relationship with Bowman’s.

Bowman’s is the best. Jackie in particular was awesome. It was a holiday week, he got everything done quickly and professionally. I would say Bowmans is our family’s plumber, but more specifically Jackie is out family’s plumber. Replaced hot water heater and figured out how to make it work with new codes in the tiny space we had.

Bowman's has serviced my central air and water heater since i bought the house 24 years ago. The company has grown tremendously but they still act like neighbors.

My hot water heater started smelling of propane and they came out the day i reported it and identified the cause. The 12 year old appliance had a tiny leak at the valve. They gave me the option of replacing the valve or the appliance. Considering i know the life of a tank is less than 15 years i opted to replace the unit. Bowman's said they would get the unit and could install mid next week. I signed the quote and set everything up.

I got a quote which was double what i paid 12 years ago but after looking online it seemed reasonable. At the same time i had another company put to repair a filter in my water system and they asked why the water heater was turned off and i explained it was being replaced. They immediately offered to do the work same day. They gave me a quote for the exact same replacement that was $600 more. So i was reassured that Bowman's price was good.

On the install date, the men arrived and had the new system up and working in about 2 hours. They were just like having friends over doing the installation. They were friendly, professional and didnt get irate with my want to see how they did the piping with compression instead if solder.

All in all, Bowman's has been consistent over the years i have had this house. Prices are honest and they do quality work.

Because of their outstanding technicians and quick responsiveness to our needs we have used Bowman's for 20 years for all of our HVAC, electrical and plumbing needs. Bowman's senior plumber, Jackie Carter, just provided another excellent Bowman's experience in the timely and efficient repair of our hot water heater and associated water mixing valve. Jackie could not have been better, and he ensured the job was "exactly right" as measured by his high standards. We will continue to use Bowman's for all our future needs!

Ryan and Clarence ( I think that was his name) did a great job. They were very efficient and professional. they kept me advised of all that they were doing. Very helpful. Thank you for the quick turn-around on my furnace repair during this cold weather. My wife and I are elderly and have health issues and would have suffered without our heat. Great Job, Bowman's !!

Jackie C did a fantastic job today doing the repair on my toilet. He was very quick - 15 minutes or less, and replaced the pipe to the valve, the flapper, the float, and the rest of the internal workings of the tank. The toilet used to run nonstop and now flushes like new and stops when it is supposed to. He was quiet enough that my fiance kept snoring away in the adjacent bedroom undisturbed, and he kept the bathroom tidy and was respectful of the condo as he arrived and left. He was also great when the storm prevented their visit on Friday, immediately stopping by first thing Monday morning. Thank you for your help! A+ service!

Jackie, from Bowman’s Plumbing, Heating, and Air came out to replace a valve, faucet trim, and drain for our bathtub. From the first visit to project finish he did an excellent job. He listened to my thoughts and provided insight on the direction we should go for ease of install and use. He was very thorough in performing the job and courteous in how he approached our home and family. A big thank you to Jackie for ensuring a great experience with Bowman’s. Job well done!

Did a heating tuneup and the technician was very knowledgeable and profession. Arrived on time and kept me informed of his arrival .

Orlando was amazing! He called to tell me when he would be there (which was in the window of time they provided the day before); he was respectful, knowledgeable, able to explain the issue in layman's terms for me, and helpful.

This review is really for Barre, from their contract center department, who was able to correct one of his teammates “snafu” (to say the least) and save the day. I will update after service if needed but thank you Barre, I hope your company recognizes your hard work and positive attitude, a lost art in customer service these days.

Had a great experience with United Air Tem.! Sean handled the inspection professionally, and Tease and Daniel did an awesome job installing my water heater. They were super friendly, got the job done quickly, and even gave me some useful tips before they left. Highly recommend them.

Responded to problem quickly. Sent the right specialist. Defected part ordered and installed in a few days. The solution has been effective todate.

Very over priced and added non required accessories to quote to home warranty company. Quoted wrong size heater 50g Vs 80g as replacement. Not interested in their business in future
