I have had a terrible experience with United Air Temp. We have been dealing with ongoing HVAC issues for **over two months**, and the lack of accountability and urgency from this company has been shocking.

When they came out last month, we were told the issue was fixed. Unfortunately, it turned out they had installed a **faulty sensor**, which caused our system to fail again. Three days ago, our home temperature dropped to **52 degrees** and we had **no heat at all**. The technician told us they would go to the store to get the part so we wouldn’t have to wait.

Fast forward **three days later**—we still have **no heat**, and now we’re being told we have to wait until **next week** for the repair. This after being assured the issue would be handled promptly.

What makes this even more disturbing is that we have a **6‑month‑old baby**, which I explicitly told them on the phone. No one seemed to care or treat the situation with any urgency whatsoever.

When you call United Air Temp, you’re greeted with claims about being “highly regarded” in the industry and “voted best in the business.” Based on our experience, those accolades mean nothing. There has been no follow‑through, no urgency, and no compassion.

I am genuinely disturbed that a business can operate this way—especially after being told there is an infant living in a cold home. If you value reliability, accountability, or basic human concern, **stay away from this company
