We got home from a trip and our air was blowing warm. Based on a recommendation from a friend I called Vernon's. They were able to schedule an appointment 4 days later. Unfortunately, the technician got caught up at the previous appointment and was unable to come at the scheduled time and it was the end of the day. We were rescheduled for the next day and the technician actually came earlier than scheduled. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. He was also able to perform our spring A/C check up. He took the time to answers a couple of questions we had and gave us a quote for duct cleaning. Overall a good experience and we are happy with the service provided.

Matt was very professional - Gave Advanced notice, showed up on time, carefully explained what he was doing and what I could do to get the best life and service from my equipment. Altogether excellent routine call - thank you, Vernon!

The tech came out and looked at my dehumidifier. He got it running but said it needed to be replaced. It's 20 years old. He promised that a sales person would call shortly with options. It's been 2 weeks and I never heard anything. I left messages but they just ghosted me.

I have a maintenance contract for my system. The technician was very professional. One thing I appreciated was that Vernon accommodated my schedule and they put me 1st visit of the day. My son works 3rd shift and was able maintain his sleep schedule. Technician provided detail notes and pictures of the service. Would recommend Vernon for HVAC services!

We contacted Vernon with the recommendation by Carrier/Payne corporate. This company has been friendly and informative from our initial phone call. We were very attracted to the tune-up special price and our technician, Marshall, provided excellent service. Though he offered a maintenance package, it was a suggestion and not a hard sell. We will likely take advantage of this offer in the future and will consider Vernon to be our new HVAC provider.
