We have had a service contract with Vernon for a number of years and have been quite satisfied with the inspection process and the periodic updates to our system. But last week we had a huge electrical surge which knocked out the heat in our neighborhood in below freezing weather. Andrew came immediately and managed to get the heating back on line. He identified a way forward with the heat pump, which had been
destroyed. Service was very professional and fast.

We are very happy with the service that Vernon provided. We called for help with an existing system, and it turned out to be a very complicated problem. Vernon spent a lot of time and effort to find the solution, and in the end everything is working perfectly. The technicians and office staff were always friendly and helpful - we signed up for the annual maintenance package, and we plan to make Vernon our go-to for service and any future repairs.

Matt, the HVAC tech did an awesome job on my HVAC system. Matt was very professional very polite and very informative. He made sure I understood that I could wait on the cleaning and what difference, cleaning or not cleaning would make for the future. Matt also was very attentive to make sure that I could see the cleaning and the difference between the before and after. Matt is very knowledgeable and was able to explain both why and why not so that I could make an informed decision.
