H&M came to my recuse. My main panel was buzzing and I called them up. They were here in 3 hours. Checked the panel, then the furnace. The furnace had a bad part. The part was ordered. They came out and installed the new part and replaced my main panel. Great crew and Customer Service. I will call them again!

Ivan and Rodrigo from the team were very professional, prompt, and fair. We installed the new carrier HVAC. It turned out that the Outside Unit was defective and the team promptly worked with carrier to test the compressor and identified the problem. And Ivan and team worked with Carrier to order the replacement condenser unit and scheduled and replaced it promptly. We have worked with Ivan and team for many years and hope to continue to refer them to family and friends to take care of HVAC needs. Thank you H&M team.

These guys are polite, capable, hard workers, and stayed late (until 7 pm) to get my entirely new ac and heat system installed in one day. I appreciated their dedication. They were careful and clean bringing equipment and people in and out of the house all day. I can’t tell they were here, and there was large equipment moving in and out.

We had one miscommunication on their arrival time, which was supposed to be between 7:30 and 8:30 am. I had noted a prior 9 am appointment I had, so early arrival worked for me to meet them before leaving for my appt. They called at 8:45 to say they were running late, obviously, and so I had to leave without any pre-work discussion on things like the route for bringing in equipment. When I returned from my appt (I was back in 30 minutes) , they had already moved my very heavy glass dining table to the side, without knowing that its legs are easily torqued if not properly lifted. I think there may be some minor distortion now on the frame. If they had just arrived on time, I could have discussed the fragility of the table first, and maybe suggested an outdoor route.

Arriving on time is imoortsnt. They were 39 minutes after the hour window given. But stuff happens, and traffic is heavy in the morning rush. I think the work overall is very good. I’d certainly recommend Ivan and H&M.
